all of us?
Yes. Technology has become an integral part of our life. From our mobile phones
used for fun to laptops and computers used for work or studies. We all are
surrounded by technology. Looking on the electronic gadget for long time can cause
poor body posture, pain in neck and elbows etc. addiction of these gadgets also
causes eyesight problems and headache. Disturbed sleep schedule is also a major
issue faced by excessive screen time. There are a lot of effects of technology on our
physical health but there are various ways so solve these issues and use technology
safely. here are some tips to do so. We should take a step to reduce our screen time.
Increase text size so you can read easily. Make sure that the brightness of your
screen is adjusted according to the need. Cross checking your body posture when
you are on these devices for a very long time. Avoid using digital devices for at least
an hour before going to bed etc. by following these steps we all make the best out of
the technology we have without harming our body and lifestyle.
