Answer: The main reason I chose to work overseas was to broaden my horizons and
gain international exposure. I wanted to challenge myself and expand my
professional skills in a global context. Working overseas has been a transformative
experience for me in multiple aspects.
Lastly, working overseas has taught me the value of teamwork and resilience.
Overcoming language barriers, cultural differences, and logistical challenges has
required effective teamwork and problem-solving skills. It has taught me to remain
determined and resilient in the face of adversity, enabling me to tackle complex
projects and deliver successful outcomes.

Answer: Working with China Construction PNG Company has given me a firsthand
understanding of the significance and impact of the "One Belt, One Road" initiative.
Through our projects and collaborations in Papua New Guinea, we have been
contributing to the local infrastructure development, promoting economic growth,
and improving people's lives.
One notable achievement is our involvement in the construction of the Buteka
School. This project has brought modern educational facilities and resources to the
local community, benefiting students from primary to high school levels. By providing
quality education infrastructure, we have contributed to the development of human
capital and helped create a better future for the younger generation.
