III. PROCEDURE:

Teachers Activity Pupils Activity

A. Preparation:
A. 1. Prayer:
May I request everyone to stand
for our prayer? Carlo, please lead
our prayer. :In the name of the Father and of the Son and the

the trash bins. :Yes ma’am!
A. 3. Checking of
attendance:
Who are absent today? :None ma’am!
Very good!
B. 4. Checking of
assignments:
Do you have an
assignment? :None ma'am!
B. Presentation:
B. 1. What was our last topic last
meeting? :Addition ma’am
Very good!

What is addition Carlo? : Addition is a process of combining two or more

numbers!

9+7 = Zoe? :16 ma’am!

Very good!

12+13 = Jude? :25 ma’am!

Excellent!

B. 2. Motivation:

Children, do you want to watch and

learn? : Yes ma’am!

What should we do when we watch? : Sit properly and be quiet!

Very good!

Right! So that you can better understand

what you are watching.
After this, I have questions for you.
Those who can answer will have a Yes ma’am
reward, is it ok?

What is the perimeter? Carlo? :Perimeter it’s easy to find, just add up the
Excellent! lengths around the outside.

C. Lesson proper:

Okay! The song you watched is related to

our lesson today.

Perimeter is the distance around the

outside of a two-dimensional shape. It is
calculated by adding up the lengths of all
the sides of the shape. The perimeter is
often measured in units such as
centimeters, inches, or meters.

This is the formula of the perimeter

Example is square
4 (4) is 16
4cm + 4cm+4cm+4cm =16

Who wants to solve the rectangle? Ace? :10cm + 5cm + 10cm + 5cm = 30
10cm (2) = 20
5cm (2) = 10
Very good 10+20 =30

D. Application:

I will divide you into 2 groups raw 1 you

are the first group and raw 2 you are the
second group.

Group 1 this is what will you do you solve

it.

( Triangle)
5cm 3cm 5cm

Group 2 this is what you will solve it.

( square)
5cm 5cm 5cm 5cm

I will give you 5 minutes to answer

Finish?
Very good :Yes ma'am

Group 1 what is your answer?

: 5cm + 3cm +5cm=
Very good! 13 cm ma’am

Group 2
What is your answer?
:5cm +5cm+ 5cm+ 5cm=
20cm
Excellent : 5cm (4) = 20cm

IV. Evaluation:
I will give you an activity bring out
your pencil and answer it, I will give
you 10 minutes to answer.
