as views and hence won’t affect the Design
● It's a deep brown-reddish soil They are generally
impervious. Moorum means powdered rock. it
consists of small pieces of disintegrated rock or
shale with or without boulders.
● They are good construction material for paths, plinth filling,
road pavements, backfilling in trenches, footing pits, etc as
they can be compacted easily to form hard surfaces.

Spaces to the customer. The project targets Commercial as well as HIG Housing in Mid rise and High Rise

CONCLUSION
The 4 Hector ie. 9.8 acre site includes 710
Dwelling units along with 120 commercial units
with adequate facilities provided according to
UDCPR Laws. A margin of 500sq.m.is maintained
between pre design calculations for further
construction changes.
