1. VPN Client Installation

1. Open Chrome and enter https://www.fortinet.com/support/product-downloads.

2. Scroll down and click on download, according to your system version.

3. Wait till the software download complete.

4. Once it is completed. Go to download folder of your desktop. You will get a icon like below
screenshot.

5. Double click on this item and you will get a pop-up like this.

6. Kindly wait till the Completion of installation.

7. Click on NEXT tab when you are getting this pop-up, so VPN setup will be complete in your system.

 8. Then go to start menu of your system and search for FortiClient.

9. Click on the Menu option and click on “Add New Connection”.

 10. Add these below connection details.

11. Then click on Save.

12. Enter your user ID and Password and click on Connect.

2. Troubleshooting:
If you are facing any error while connecting with server like below screenshot.

Then go the connection details, you will see your port will be different. So, change the value as per below
screenshot.
