Community Church, I am PTR. Marvin Corrales, representing our church community.

We are thrilled to inform you about our upcoming event, the Deliverance and Revival Crusade,
scheduled to take place on November 15-16, 2023. The event will be held at Cultural Teen
Center Gym, Fd Rd. 3, Brgy., Tibal-og Santo Tomas Davao del Norte. Considering the size and
nature of the event, we anticipate a significant turnout of participants, and ensuring their well-
being is of utmost importance to us. In this regard, we kindly request the provision of four water
dispensers to facilitate access to clean and refreshing water for all attendees.

Your support in providing these water dispensers would greatly contribute to the success and
comfort of our event. We understand the importance of community collaboration and greatly
appreciate the initiatives taken by the municipal office to enhance community events.
