72. PLUMBING DRAWINGS ARE AT NO TIME FULLY COMPLETED AND THERE MAY BE SOME ITEMS
THAT REQUIRE COORDINATION DURING CONSTRUCTION BASED ON FIELD CONDITIONS.
73. SUBSTITUTION REQUESTS DURING CONSTRUCTION SHALL BE SUBMITTED IN SUBMITTAL
FORMAT. THEY ARE NOT GUARANTEED TO BE APPROVED AND MAY REQUIRE AN ADDITIONAL
SERVICE FOR REVIEW AND IMPLEMENTATION INTO THE DRAWINGS.
74. EQUIPMENT AND PRODUCTS ARE KNOWN TO BECOME OBSOLETE OR DISCONTINUED. THIS
MAY REQUIRE CURRENT/UPDATED MODELS TO BE IMPLEMENTED INTO THE DRAWINGS. IT IS THE
CONTRACTOR'S RESPONSIBILITY TO NOTIFY THE ENGINEER OF RECORD AS SOON AS POSSIBLE VIA
RFI OR EMAIL.
75. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHALL THESE DRAWINGS AND DOCUMENTS BE MODIFIED BY
ANYONE OTHER THAN THE ENGINEER OF RECORD.

Make sure we show the Scuppers serving as overflow for the RD's that don't have ORD. Please
indicate size and which RD's are they serving. Make sure you differentiate the AD from the AOD on
the level 8 courtyard, indicate on the riser diagrams which AOD are serving which AD's.

Please update ALL equipment specs (if needed, specifically the SE & SP specs, but please make sure all
are current) per the files located here:

When all previous items in the task have been addressed, please complete QC on the project.
Please provide me with progress sets each day. When completed, please publish the set and post it
here in the comments.

50' apart. Please update the riser diagrams accordingly. Additionally, please double-check the water
meter data cards to ensure that they match the drawings we have, including all unit, common area,
and garage fixtures. Please provide me with the updated set (including the updated WMDCs if needed)
here in the chat.

@Vincent Dang I apologize, in yesterday's task I meant to ask your team to calculate the invert of the
southern Storm POC (not the SS POC) in the markup located here:
V:\Projects\Projects\230503\Admin\Plumbing\Markups & Sketches\23-1114 Markups for VN
That is the POC that should be no lower than 768.00' if possible. Please let me know if that will be
feasible or not. If not, please let me know what the highest possible invert for the pipe will be.
