    RATIONALE

    Sto. Nino Elementary School was put up in 1992 and became a complete

    elementary school in 1997. The school is situated in a private subdivision, Modesta

    Village, town of San Mateo.

    For the past school years the school has a perimeter fence but it is not

    considered safe for our clienteles.

    The school understands the pressing need to address the security and safety

    of pupils before and after the class and have therefore made the decision to

    construct perimeter fence.

    PRIORITY IMPROVEMENT AREA

    Project Title: EFICS (Enhanced Facilities Improvement for Continuous Services)

    Problem Statement: Decrease or minimize stolen, damaged or destroyed school

    properties.

    Project Objective Statement: Secure the safety of pupils and physical security of

    school before and after the class consider the protection and confinement of the

    learners and school staff..
