On June 30, 2023, Reynaldo T. Tusalem was erroneously sent to your Gcash account (Rowena
C. Calibayan - 09631953144) a sum of money, amounting to ₱ 20,000.00 thru GCASH Transfer.
Following this incident, we promptly reached out to you via phone to inform you of the error and
requested the immediate return of the misappropriated funds. Regrettably, despite your
acknowledgment of the mistake, you have failed to fulfill your promise to return the money.
Please be informed that you have nothing to deny about because we have gathered strong
evidences that prove your ownership of the said number where we mistakenly sent before we
have taken the requisite measures to formally report this incident to the Dinagat Municipal Police
Station as a case of misappropriation of funds. Our primary objective in doing so is to safeguard
our rights and pursue fair restitution. Consequently, we have made the determination to
commence legal proceedings in order to address this matter adequately.
While we understand that misunderstandings and errors can occur, it is imperative that you take
immediate action to rectify this situation. In light of the circumstances, we demand the return of
the full amount of ₱ 20,000.00 within 3 days from the receipt of this letter. Failure to comply
with this demand within the specified timeframe will leave us with no choice but to pursue all
available legal remedies to recover the funds, including but not limited to filing a lawsuit against
you. Please be advised that this may result in additional financial and legal consequences for
you.
We strongly urge you to reconsider your position and promptly return the misappropriated funds
to avoid any further escalation of this matter. We recommend seeking legal counsel to fully
understand the potential ramifications of your actions and to guide you through the process of
resolving this matter amicably.
We expect your immediate response and a confirmation of your intent to comply with this
demand within the designated timeframe. Please direct all correspondence related to this matter
