Learning Packet Directions

Daily Assignments:
Each day students will have Word Work, Independent Reading, a Reading and
Writing prompt, and Math practice pages.
● The Choice Board is at the beginning of your packet.
● The “What I can Write About” Choice Board is at the beginning of
your packet.
● Red word lists are at the beginning of your packet.
Does your child need a book to read? Students can access books using Sora.
Access Sora directly (https://soraapp.com/welcome) or as a link in Clever
○ The Clever app is available on all TUSD student devices or through
the Student Portal on the district webpage
○ The Student Portal can be accessed by going to
https://www.tustin.k12.ca.us/ and clicking on Families and
Communities and Student Portal
● Login to Sora through Clever.
○ Use your TUSD Google username (with @mytusd.org) and password.
● Look for and select "Tustin Unified School District" as your school or use
our setup code: TustinUSD.
● Select "Sign in using Tustin Unified School District"
Optional:
Students can access learning platforms through Clever.
Clever is an App on all TUSD iPads.
● Lexia - an adaptive blended learning program that develops literacy skills.
● ST Math and Freckle - online adaptive math practice

that habitat then discuss them
with a trusted adult. See if the
adult can share about any
more animals to add to the
drawing.

Find an adult to talk about it
with using these talking points.
SEL
Think: What are ten things that
make you HAPPY?
Draw them on a piece of paper
and label each one. Share it
with a parent, sibling, or friend.
ART Reading

Youtube and search for
Listen to a book on
ANYTHING to draw.
