CSR MARCHING MOTORS REPORT

Sir Naveed from SIGMA came yesterday and I checked the motors, one of the motor was damaged,
which I told Naveed Sahib about, he said, put it on and check it. The motors was installed, but there was
an internal leakage in the motor and the pressure was also high, which was going from 240 to 310 and
not pushing, so Naveed Sahib said open the motors again. He lift the motors for repairing and Then after
half an hour he come back with motors and said to install the motors again, I have to make some
adjustments. We install the motors then he adjust the pressure of motor but it doesn’t work. Then he
said that I will call the Islamabad team to check the motors and clear the fault.

 I checked the motors’, the after checking told naveed sahib that the one motor is faulty by
control assembly.
 we installed the motors ‘after install, one of motor wasn’t running and the brakes is not working
but the motor was running on its own without any operator lever, after that naveed sahib said
that open the motors’, it will go for repairing
 Then naveed sahib left with the motors’ and after half an hour he called that I am coming back
and will take the motor and install it again and check it.
 After that re-installation and adjustments, after the adjustment the pressure of one motor was
between 30B to 47B end author motor pressure is 70B to 75B without load were done by
naveed sahib.
 New the motors’ was checked on load, one motor was fine but the brake of the other motor
was not working, then the brake was adjusted and checked.
 After checking motor pressure is very high minimum 240B and maximum 310B
 Naveed sahib then said that a team from Islamabad will come and check it and remove the fault.

Note
Sir planetary gearbox has leaked, due to which the planetary has to be, opened and checked floating
seal.
