has demonstrated excellence in the academic setting and her personal qualities will
allow her to be an exceptional addition to the student body on your campus.

I had the good fortune to meet Tori within the educational setting as a colleague
and grew to know her on a personal level. Tori exhibits many personal and professional
attributes that give me confidence that she has the ambition and drive to enroll and
excel in a college program.

Tori is punctual, comes to work prepared, and manages her time well, on a daily
basis. This gives me confidence that she will have the motivation to attend class and
find time to make studying a priority. This is evident by her prior enrollment in college
when she took a full course load, as well as managed a job, while still maintaining a 3.9
GPA, which allowed her to achieve the Dean’s list status during both semesters.

Not only is Tori dependable, she also displays a positive attitude and has
developed superb leadership skills. Tori currently works with students in the middle
school setting and has taken on a leadership role when working with them to offer
feedback and assistance to staff members about the students she works with. She is
also active within her church and fills the role of co-leading the youth group. Taking on
these roles within the school and religious setting will provide a skill set for Tori to utilize
in a leadership position on your campus.

Tori’s ability to cooperate with others and respect those around her is noticeable.
She has created boundaries with those students she services, while also developing
caring, supportive relationships with both students and staff members. Tori is always
willing to listen to her students and the faculty that she works with, while offering
feedback and suggestions as necessary. In her role as a paraprofessional, she has to
make decisions that are not always favorable to students and she does so in a way that
shows support, kindness, and compassion for the students involved. I truly believe that
Tori could get along with anyone.
 Tori’s positive attitude shines brightly when she is in close proximity. Her positive
attitude and willingness to try out different opportunities is one that is admirable. On
difficult days within the school setting, she continues to smile, rehearse positive
thoughts, and persevere. This personal attribute is one that will lead Tori throughout her
life and help her to manage the ups and downs as she continues her post-secondary
education.

It is with great confidence that I can say that Tori will be a huge asset to your
campus and she has the personal attributes to excel in her academics. Tori is a hard
