This is to CERTIFY that this Barangay, Barangay Poblacion III, Alaminos, Laguna
interposes NO OBJECTION to the cutting of One(1) Mahogany Tree located at Faylona
Street, Barangay Poblacion III, as provided however, that the activity with all applicable laws as
well as the rules and regulations set forth by the Department of Enviro nment and Natural
Resources (DENR).

Issued upon the request of Mr. Valerio M. Peña Jr. As required in the application for tree
cutting permit at the Office of CENRO.

This Certification is being issued this 13th day of January, 2023 at the Office of the Punong
Barangay, Barangay Poblacion III, Alaminos, Laguna.
