Subject: Undertaking for the shoring works regarding external fence sikka and landscape.

Removal of irrigation lines beneath the landscape

Dear sir,

WE would kindly request you for the fencing to be shifted 1.0 m from the plot line as we require to do
the shoring works for the plot 6317231 and 6317237.

This request is required for one month for which we plan to complete the shoring works.Thereafter we
shall request if it requires for more time.

We undertake and take responsibility for the Sikka area and landscape.We shall provide adequate
protection for the grass which is outside near Sika, which shall be retained in original position after the
completion of works.

Further to this we would seek your support to remove the irrigation lines, which are beneath the grass
landscape.

We would further request you to provide us permission to start shifting the fence towards sika 1.5 m
