Topic 1. Pro: It is important to understand the diversity between personalities. It is important to

reconcile or merge them.

I wholeheartedly believe that it is critical to recognize the differences between personalities and to
reconcile or blend them. Understanding the differences between personalities is crucial since it
contributes to an individual's psychological, social, and professional well-being. First, different
personalities communicate in different ways. Understanding this variability helps communication by
allowing individuals to alter their communication methods to be more effective with a wide range of
others. Second, it promotes empathy and connection by recognizing and valuing varied personalities.
Empathy is essential for developing meaningful connections and relationships since it entails
understanding and sharing the emotions of others. Third, it fosters efficient teamwork. Teams in the
workplace are frequently made up of people with a variety of talents, opinions, and personalities.

Topic 2.Pro: I agree with the popular saying “Not everyone is good at everything, but everyone is good
at something”.

I agree that not everyone or no one is good at everything, but everyone may be good at something since
we are all born with different skills and are all unique from one another, and the universe is balanced in
such a manner that we all have our own strengths and weaknesses. Nobody is perfect or flawless, and
we all need each other to work on our weaknesses and transcend our limitations. But there are
moments when I know someone who is good at practically everything and appears to have everything,
to the point that I start to envy that person, and then there are times when I notice that person still has
something they can't do that I can. In school, for example, I used to envy my classmates who are good at
public speaking and socializing because I'm lacking in those areas. I'm an introvert and I hate speaking in
front of large groups of people, so that's my weakness, but some people can appreciate what I'm good
at, such as excelling in my academic performance, which I believe is my strength that somehow
outweighs my weaknesses. No, I believe.
