Auction Notice

Ministry of Climate Change intend to go for auctioning of different unserviceable

office equipment, Photocopier machines, Printers, LCDs, CPUs, Laptops, A/C splits, furniture
etc. used items on as is where is as basis (List of the items is available at the website of Ministry
of Climate Change www.mocc.gov.pk).

2. Items are available at Ministry of Climate Change, 4 th Floor LG&RD Complex

G-5/2, Islamabad. The interested bidders are welcome to examine the same during the working
hours. For any further details/inquiry the interested persons may contact at the same address or
on telephone. 051-9245805.

INSTRUCTIONS.
i. Auction notice is also available at MOCC website www.mocc.gov.pk as well as on
the website of Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA) www.ppra.org.pk).

ii. The interested bidders shall submit Rs. 5,000/- cash payment as security on the spot
to the DDO, MOCC. The total amount of bid shall be deposited on the same day at
Cash Branch of Ministry of Climate Change.

iii. The successful bidders shall be liable to deposit the government taxes in addition to
the offer prices.

iv. The bidder shall provide his complete address telephone numbers along with the
copy of his CNIC.

v. The successful bidders are responsible to remove auctioned items within three days
after bidding process.

vi. MOCC reserve the right to accept or reject any or all the bids process as per PPRA
Rules.
vii. Auction will be carried out on 24-01-2022 at 11:30 am at Ministry of Climate Change,
Parking Side, LG&RD Complex G-5/2 Islamabad.

viii. Any change in plan or cancellation of auction shall be communicated as per PPRA
Rules.
