Tender Notice (Revised)

Ministry of Foreign Affairs invites sealed bids from experienced and well reputed travel agencies
registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax authorities of Government of Pakistan and on Active Tax Payers List
of the Federal Board of Revenue for Hiring services of Travel Agencies for procurement of air tickets for
officers/officials of Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Islamabad.

2. It has been decided to extend the date for submission of bids. The revised tender documents containing
list of required documents, revised evaluation criteria and all other relevant details can be obtained from the
following offices on working days during office hours by submitting an application with a copy of Sale Tax
Registration Certificate and National Taxation Number Certificate along with a pay order of Rs. 3,000/-
(Non-refundable) in favor of Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Islamabad:

3. The travel agencies who have already obtained tender documents and evaluation criteria against
submission of bid security can obtain revised set of tender document and evaluation criteria without payment of
any additional charges from the office of Assistant Director (MS-III) as mentioned above.

4. “SINGLE STAGE SINGLE ENVELOPE PROCEDURE” will be followed. Firms should mark the
envelope with the words TECHNICAL PROPOSAL.

5. Bids must reach the office of the undersigned on or before 1000 hours on 26th June, 2023 and will be
opened the same day at 1100 hours.

6. No tender will be issued through post or telegram.

7. The Ministry of Foreign Affairs reserves the right to accept or reject all bids in accordance with PPRA
Rules.
