Capitalism, overpopulation, and lack of training and education are the primary causes of unemployment in Turkey according to the text. Capitalism concentrates production tools in the hands of the wealthy, limiting job opportunities, while overpopulation outpaces the government's ability to create new jobs. Additionally, when workers lack education and training, employers are less likely to hire them, and unemployment increases. The text argues that Turkey must address these fundamental issues to reduce its growing unemployment rates.

THE CAUSE OF UNEMPLOYMENT IN TURKEY
In recent years, the rate of unemployment has growed and has become more visible in Turkey; the reasons of unemployment -which cause complications in different occupation sectors, companies or in families- have been discussed. The experts of economy have indicated diverse reasons about this controversial matter; some of them support that unemployment is a major consequence of capitalism, while the other experts emphasize the impact of over population problem on unemployment. On the other hand, a group of authorities say that lack of education and training changes the rates of unemployment. Let’s discuss the reasons of unemployment in Turkey particularly. According to sophisticated views of economists, capitalism -which is the most common regime that depends on economical systems and forceful production- is the primary reason of unemployment. In capital regime, all production tools gathers in the hands of the rich; therefore, employees have to work for their employers in order to gain vital needs and have to sell their labour to their employers. In this wild system, governments cannot create new job opportunities to employees with the aim of creating more profit. Consequently, the rates of unemployment is increasing. Another reason of unemployment is over population. It is a great explanation of population factor’s impact: the more population of people grows, the less job opportunity the government provides. New work forces cannot be created by government if the population extends due to the inability of workspace. In addition, increased unemployment rates in Turkey depends on the lack of education and training. Employers wants qualified worker in order to make more profit. On the other hand, workers cannot experience, train or learn the working conditions unless employers hire workers. To sum up, unemployment in Turkey is related diverse reasons such as capitalism, over population, and lack of training and education. Unless this problems are solved, the rates of unemployment will constantly extend.
