    Dear Sir,

    I am Ali Arif, owner of ABC Computers. We purchase 50 laptops and 25 PCs from you on May 29, 2022.
    But unfortunately, 12 out of which 50 laptops got scratches and damaged screen and 8 out of 28 PC`s
    bodies are damaged.

    Due to these mishaps, we would like you to urgently replace these laptops and PCs or refund the amount
    equal to these damaged items as our costumers are waiting for new stock.

    I hope you understand the intensity of the moment and act accordingly. I am looking forward to hearing
    from you.

    Dear Mr Ali Arif,

    This letter is in reference to your complaint on April 02, 2022 regarding the damaged laptops and PCs.
    We are very sorry that damaged laptops and PCs were delivered to you. We take these things very
    seriously and we apologize for the inconvenience caused by us.

    In the meantime, we would like to replace the damaged laptops and PCs with brand new ones with no
    shipping charges. Our delivery guy will come and collect the damaged ones and will deliver the brand
    new ones to you. Also, we would like to gift you a 10% discount voucher which can be used in future
    purchases.

    Again, we hope you will accept our apologies. We will try to satisfy you needs as good as we can in
    future. We wishes you best of luck in your business.
