Amorini Furniture Co. is a business which provides various furniture line and services
for interior design either for living space or office space. Our company is one of the interior design
specialists which produce tons of high-end quality of furniture and yield as the no 1 interior
designer consultation in Malaysia. Our company is established in the middle of 2020 and located
at the well-known city which is Kota Damansara, Kuala Lumpur with estimated of 23 workforces.
Amorini Furniture Co. are surely becoming the talk of the town with our luminous and
outstanding furniture line which increase the option for the customer to choose and hold an
excellent reputation for providing high-end interior designing services for its customers with an
affordable price. Our furniture line includes 10 to 20 lavish furniture concept such as classic
contemporary, mid-century, Hollywood glam and so for more.

As for the business struggle to persist in being proliferate it business empire in the global
market, our company also had successfully solved several problems revolt with our customers in
order to constrain our customers satisfaction. One of the problems that rose in the business are the
problem which occur due to immoderate demand from a substandard customer that request for a
lavish model of furniture at a lower price. Due to this situation, our company had solved the
problem by invented an ingenious idea of which the same model with several price range varies to
its quality of material. Therefore, now everyone can enjoy luxury sofa at home without having a
headache about the price tag.

Amorini Furniture Co. are really persistent toward our company success in achieving our
goals. Hence, we tried to deliver the best out of the best from our team. In order to do so, we come
out with an idea to implementing business model canvas (BMC) as a tool to strategically managing
our business. Amorini Furniture Co. team really get used to it due to its easy access visual chart
with element describing our product’s value proposition, customers, finances and infrastructure.

In consequence, we disclose together in this report about how we manage to thrive our
business by analyzing the current market gap in our industry and in-dept information of our

running a furniture base business empire from scratch. Although it may seem a little bit tough from
the outmost crust, but it is not a bad deal for sure and quite arouse for our business profile. With a
little passion and talent, our team triumphed to facilitate our company progress to the history of
mankind. Amorini Furniture Co. now being one of the factors in contributing social economic
and cultural congruence of the people in Malaysia. With tons of pros and cons consideration that
have been taking out by our team, we successfully root out diverse of disguised opportunity
encounter in the pathway of reaching our milk and honey, which is current market gap.

The market gap issue most likely becoming much higher in time. In this case, the gap has
burgeoned, sprawling out from the root causing more voids needs to be fill in the market gap which
can be seen from time to time. One of the current market gaps is the lacking of interior design
consultant in the industry while the demand kept on increasing. As we all concern, people are
willing to pay for extra cash to own a delightful living space. In order to do so, they necessitate for
a professional and experienced person to make their wish come true. Due to the shortfall, they try
to fill up the void by followed their wants without considering about the actual knowledge and
experience causing the dreamful living space turn out bad. Therefore, Amorini Furniture Co. had
an opportunity to solve the gap by providing interior designing service for customers customized
their ideal furniture at home.

Moreover, the other current market gap is untrendy and outdated furniture model in the
market industry. People in this millennial era tend to be very renaissance to show off their
luxurious lifestyle. They love something fresh and new in order to stand extraordinary from other
people and be uncommon. There is nothing the industry could do to fill up the voids of satisfying
the customers demand on this particular situation to work as alternative solution. Because of that,
Amorini Furniture Co. come out with various idea to infuse art and creativity in our signature
furniture which turn out to be acceptable from our beloved customers. Numerous home and office
concept we introduce to our customers. From high-end concept to countryside concept, we binged
it all in our furniture store and bring it up just for our customer.
