Sub:: Payment of remuneration to Prem Pratap Singh, DPM, for the M/O. June,
2015 for net amounting to Rs.23,370/- and P.Tax Rs.130/-

The remuneration for the month of June, 2015 is i.f.o. Prem Pratap Singh,
DPM calculated below as per monthly remuneration of Rs.23,500.00.

Gross Amount :: Rs.23500=00, deduction of P.Tax as per W.B. P.Tax Rule:Rs.130/-,

Net Amount payable Rs. 23,370=00 (Rupees :: Twenty three thousand three hundred
seventy)only.

As per above calculation, the amount may be transferred through RTGS to

A/C no. 30099291693 of SBI, Kasba Branch [IFSC NO. SBIN0001486] the i.f.o. Sri Singh.

It is also noted that, the amount of Rs. 130/- as P. Tax deducting from
Rs.23500/- may be paid later to the West Bengal Profession Tax Department, if approved.

The said fund transfer to Sri Singh may be paid not before 30.6.15

Sub. :: Regarding the programme on digital Bangla Week

With reference to above, this is to inform you that the District Level Programmes on Digital Bangla
Week have been held without sitting programme due to unavoidable circumstances like most urgent
International Programme i.e., Enclave exchange of Indo-Bangladesh, but to publicity 5000 colored posters
and 100 colored FLEX already been displayed in all over this district. The said workshop or programme will be
held later, if possible.
