If the exit is done before committed Period, no share of profit will be provided for the invested
period.
The first and last advance profit payout will be calculated on a pro-rata basis.
All the plans are available till the units last.
PRODUCT DETAILS
The opportunity involves getting fractional ownership of a farm project portfolio which is
registered as an LLP and segments managed by us.
The farm project is involved in growing of different crops and selling them to different
markets through trade, commission agents and contracts.

SECURITY
The portfolio is always kept with a certain liquidity buffer before introducing any
investment so as to secure the investment flows.
The above risks are mitigated through crop diversification and farm segment hedging.
Crop insurance for notified crops is also done.
Future contracts for selling certain farm produce are also done.
The collaterals are in terms of underlying crop harvests, farm infrastructure, fix structures
created for farming and first level processing units.

Portfolio comprises of technology-driven and process-oriented farm projects for sustainable
farming of fruits, vegetables, oilseeds, medicinal crops, food crops and other cash crops.
Farm projects are managed by agriculture experts and skilled farmers resulting in high yield
of better quality produce.
The farm project portfolios are segmented into Open Field Farming, Protected Farming,
Hydroponics, Indoor Vertical Farms, Aquaponics and Fruit Orchards through integrated
multiple cropping models that are sustainable in the long run for the soil and growing good
quality farm produce.
