hereinafter referred to as the Principal, do hereby appoint my friend

Mr.Selvaraj, Son of ............................... aged about .... years,

residing at ................ India as my General Power Agent (attorney) to

do inter alia the followings acts deeds and things.

I am the owner of the house property which is situated at ................. at

Madurai bearing in Door No................... and lands in Coimbatore which are

more fully described in the schedule of property hereunder.

Since I am working in the above country, I could not able to pay my

visit in person to India at present and since the matter is urgent I am

appointing my friend Mr.Selvaraj as my General Power Agent to do the

following acts on behalf of me with reference to properties mentioned

schedule hereunder.

Now by this Power of Attorney I do hereby nominate/appoint and

constitute my friend Mr.Selvaraj aged about...... years, Son

of ...............residing

at ...................................................... India as my true and

lawful attorney more particularly to do the following acts on behalf of me in

TamilNadu, India such as to enter in to agreements to sell the house

property and to enter in to any deeds and execute sale deed/deeds and to

receive the sale price and to do all other acts on behalf of me all other acts

officially on behalf of me to complete the sale to the buyers.

 As well as I am appointing my friend Mr.Selvaraj as my General Power

agent to look after the lands and maintain the lands and to do all necessary

works in the lands of any types for cultivation and to make facilities for

irrigation of water and all on behalf of me and to care and maintain the

same.

To apply, initiate letter of administration in respect of the above said

purpose to do official proceedings and to safe guard my interest in the

properties mentioned below.

To do are other acts and things as may be necessary or required in

connection with the properties.

I the principal Dr.Rangasamy do hereby agree and undertake to ratify

and confirm all and whatsoever my said attorney shall lawfully do, execute,

perform or cause to be done, executed or performed by virtue of the power

of authority here in confirmed upon.

The General Power of deed has been exclusively executed by me to

deal with the matter related only to the properties mentioned below.
