QCHECKBALANCE. The November 3rd General Election resulted in Joe Biden winning the Presidency,
and now the Senate Majority will be decided in Georgia. If the Democrats win both U.S. Senate seats in
the Georgia runoff election, they would have a majority in the Senate. If the Republicans win one of the
U.S. Senate seats, they would keep the majority in the Senate.

Knowing this information, are you more likely to vote for (ROTATE: Republican Senators to give

Thinking about issues in the state of Georgia, we’re going to ask you to rate your concern for each issue
on a scale of ZERO to 10 where 10 means you are extremely concerned and ZERO means you are not at
all concerned. The higher the score the more concerned you are about each issue, and the lower the
score the less concerned you are. If you are unsure on an issue, just say so.

[RECORD NUMBER 0-10]

11 Unsure/Don’t know
12 Refused/NA

The first/next one is…

(RANDOMIZE QDEFUND TO QCOVIDSHUTDOWN)

(AFTER EACH, ASK IF NECESSARY) How concerned are you with this issue on a scale from zero to
ten?

QDEFUND. Democrats will end up defunding the police and crime rates will spike in my hometown
putting me and my family at risk.

QLAWENFORCE. Democrats will not support stronger law enforcement to stop violent riots in our cities
that impact our local businesses.

QTAXES. Democrats will roll back President Trump's tax cuts and will pass the 4 trillion dollar tax hike
President-elect Biden made a centerpiece of his campaign.

QMEDICARE. Democrats will pass Medicare for All which would force all Americans into the same
government run health care plan, close rural hospitals, and could cost you access to your doctor.

QGREENNEWDEAL. Democrats will pass the Green New Deal to stop climate change, which drives up
the cost of electricity and would wipe out hundreds of thousands of jobs.

QCOVIDSHUTDOWN. Joe Biden and Democrats will shut down the country again because of
coronavirus, crushing businesses, stalling wage earnings, and sending us into a deeper economic
recession and potentially a depression.

QISSUERANK. Thinking about all of the issues and policies you just considered, which issue is your TOP
concern right now if it were to come to be in the coming weeks or months?

(READ AND ROTATE CODES 1-7 TOP TO BOTTOM, BOTTOM TO TOP)

1 Defunding the Police

2 Having my taxes raised
3 Government run healthcare
4 Passing a Green New Deal
5 Publicly funded Political Campaigns
5 Not Stopping Violent Riots in our Cities

Next you are going to hear a series of statements about Jon Ossoff (AW-soff) and Raphael Warnock (rah-
fy-EL “WAR”-‘knock”). Others will hear statements about David Perdue and Kelly Loeffler (LEF-luhr).
After each statement, please tell me if this information would make you more or less likely to vote for that
candidate.

1 Much MORE likely

2 Somewhat MORE likely
3 Somewhat LESS likely
4 Much LESS likely
5 No impact [VOL]
6 Don’t know
7 Refused/NA

The (first/next) statement is…

(ROTATE QJOHEALTHCARE – QRWGUNCONTROL TOP TO BOTTOM AND BOTTOM TO TOP)

(AFTER READING EACH, ASK) Does that make you more or less likely to vote for him/her?

(IF MORE / LESS LIKELY) Would you say MUCH (more/less) likely, or SOMEWHAT (more/less) likely?

QJOHEALTHCARE. Jon Ossoff (AW-soff) supports a new government-run health care plan being pushed
by Nancy Pelosi. That plan could greatly reduce access to the doctor of your choice, lead to the closure of
43 Georgia hospitals, increase taxes on Georgia workers by almost 24 hundred dollars per year, and
change Medicare as we know it.

QJOENVIRO. Jon Ossoff (AW-soff) supports radical environmental policies that would kill hundreds of
thousands of jobs and cost the average family more than one thousand three hundred dollars a year.

QJOCORRUPT. In a clear case of corruption, Jon Ossoff (AW-soff) hid the fact that he took 50 thousand
dollars, including money from Chinese communists and terrorist sympathizers, something he was legally
required to report.

QJOSANCTCITY. Jon Ossoff (AW-soff) supports sanctuary cities that defy federal law and give safe
harbor to illegal immigrant criminals.

QRWDEFUNDPOL. Raphael Warnock (rah-fy-EL “WAR”-‘knock”) described police officers as gangsters,

thugs, and bullies, and he is backed by several radical liberal fringe groups that are actively trying to
defund the police.

QRWANTIMILITARY. Raphael Warnock (rah-fy-EL “WAR”-‘knock”) said the federal government spends
too much money on the military. America’s military is a key driver of Georgia’s economy with more than
120 thousand Georgians employed by the military and ranking 7th in the nation for defense spending.

QRWABORTION. Raphael Warnock (rah-fy-EL “WAR”-‘knock”) said he QUOTE “opposes all abortion
restrictions.” He is even backed by radical pro-abortion groups that support forcing Georgia taxpayers to
pay for abortions.

QRWGUNCONTROL. Raphael Warnock (rah-fy-EL “WAR”-‘knock”) supports passing strict new gun
control laws, including banning semi-automatic weapons like many commonly used hunting rifles.
