(US-based freight forwarding company specializing in cargo transportation to developing countries)

Position: HR Manager

Requirements:
Qualification: MBA (HR)
Experience: 5 to 6 years of progressive HR management experience.

Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in compliance with applicable laws and
regulations.
• Oversee the recruitment and selection process, including sourcing, interviewing, and
onboarding.
• Manage employee relations, performance management, and employee engagement initiatives.
• Lead training and development programs to enhance the skills and capabilities of our
workforce.
• Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture that aligns with our values.
• Resolve employee conflicts and provide guidance on HR-related issues.
• Stay up to date with HR trends and best practices to ensure the organization's policies remain
effective.

Other Requirements:
• Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to manage HR functions effectively and independently.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

Salary: Market Compatible


Location: Karachi
