KPMG Campus Placement for Batch of 2024

We are thrilled to inform the final year students (Batch of 2024) that the following details are
provided by KPMG for the subsequent steps in the recruitment process along with the eligibility
criteria. The candidates are required to register and upload documents on the links given below
by Sunday afternoon. There will then be an online assessment and the selected candidates will
be called for an on-campus interview, the details of which are provided hereunder:

Online Assessment Date & Time: Monday, 4th December, 5 p.m. - 7 p.m

Eligibility Criteria: Consistent academics with 60% and above X, XII, Graduation and Post-
graduation (until now) and no backlogs.

Prior Forensic experience or a professional qualification in fraud examination would be an added

advantage

Interview Date & Time: Thursday, 7th December, 10:00 am onwards

The Interview will be held in two stages [Two Technical Interviews + 1 HR discussion].

 Role and responsibilities

 Handling both preventive and detective fraud related aspects

 Being responsive to client needs on an immediate basis
 Interacting with client personnel to obtain information and understand processes and procedures
 Analyzing data and performing in‐depth review of electronically stored information and documents including purchase
orders, invoices, expense bills, etc.
 Preparing detailed work-papers and assisting in preparation of confidential reports
 Assisting in business development efforts by conducting research and helping in preparing proposals
 Supporting forensic investigation and eDiscovery aspects for KPMG Clients-
 Getting exposure to eDiscovery, document review, contract risk management and regulatory compliance
engagements
 Supporting law firms/office of general counsel with varied litigation, investigation, and regulatory reviews


The candidate

Qualifications‐ Consistent academics with 60% and above X, XII, Graduation and Post-graduation (until now).
Prior Forensic experience or a professional qualification in fraud examination would be an added advantage

 Business writing and presentation skills both oral and written that help promote clarity and present persuasive options.
 High level of computer literacy with specific knowledge of data analysis tools and MS‐Office
 Strong interpersonal skills and communication skills ‐ both verbal and written
 Ability to build collaborative and inclusive relationships within and outside of the firm
 Resilience and agility especially during stringent deadlines, fast‐changing environments, processes, and structures
 The role is client facing and may require travel within the country and overseas in future (in adherence to pandemic
driven guidelines)
