AKTA RACUN 1952

Peraturan-Peraturan Racun (Pindaan) 2022

Pada menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh perenggan 35(1)(m) Akta Racun
1952 [Akta 366], Menteri membuat peraturan-peraturan yang berikut:

Nama dan permulaan kuat kuasa

1. (1) Peraturan-peraturan ini bolehlah dinamakan Peraturan-Peraturan

Racun (Pindaan) 2022.

(2) Peraturan-Peraturan ini mula berkuat kuasa pada 1 Januari 2023.

POISONS ACT 1952

Poisons (Amendment) Regulations 2022

In exercise of the powers conferred by paragraph 35(1)(m) of the Poisons Act

1952 [Act 366], the Minister makes the following regulations:

Citation and commencement

1. (1) These regulations may be cited as the Poisons (Amendment) Regulations

2022.

(2) These Regulations come into operation on 1 January 2023.

New regulation 29

2. The Poisons Regulations 1952 [L.N. 440/1952] are amended by inserting
