    REQUEST FOR REFRESHMENT FUNDS FOR SEMINAR PRESENTATION IN THE DEPARTMENT


    The above subject matter refers.
    As required by the curriculum, all undergraduate students of 500 level are mandated to register
    for Seminar/Project I as a course to fulfill their Minimum Credit Unit for the first semester.
    Therefore I would like to humbly request the department for the release of refreshment funds
    for the Seminar presentation which will take place as follows;
    Date: 10th May, 2023.
    Time: 10:00 am Prompt
    Venues: ICT Dept Seminar & Conference Rooms
    Cost Estimation
    Water N150 X 10 Panel Members = N1500
    Snacks N300 X 10 Panel Members = N3000
    Drinks (Maltina) 250 X 10 Panel Members = N2500
    Water N150 X 29 Students = N4350
    Total = N11350
    I hope my request would be considered and duly approved.
