MOBILE CHECK-IN PROCEDURE

STEP 1: Customer can use Mobile app (Android and IOS) for Mobile check-in purpose. A er opening
Mobile app there is an op on for Online Check-in on Homepage, click on that op on to open Mobile
check-in facility page, insert PNR along with Surname/Last name and then click Search bu on to
proceed.
STEP 2: By clicking on Search bu on, system will automa cally send a 04-digit code to customer’s
provided email address, please check email to get the code and insert the code to have access of the
mobile check-in system.
STEP 3: Select Flight to con nue and then on next page select passenger you want to check-in.
STEP 4: A er selec ng passenger an APIS Form will pop-up, in order to verify / update CNIC or Passport
details along with Date of Birth of that selected passenger.

Review details of selected passenger details i.e., Na onal ID / Passport and D.O.B.

If details are not there, then please confirm the details as per your CNIC / Passport and press OK to save
the details.
STEP 5: Before clicking the con nue bu on, please read online check-in rules and then proceed to next
page.

Next page contains details of Dangerous Goods (DG) No ce for customers review and again approval
required for online check-in rules to proceed further.
STEP 6 (A): AUTOMATICALLY SEAT ALLOCATION (FOC)

Seat will automa cally be assigned by the system for free of charge, if customers require any other
desired seat for alloca on, he/she may be able to select another seat to purchase as per policy,
otherwise select OK to the auto assigned seat and click Con nue to confirma on page.
STEP 6 (B): CUSTOMER REQUIRED ANOTHER PREFERED SEAT ALLOCATION (CHARGES WILL APPLY)

If customer don’t want the free of charge allocated seat and require any other desired seat for
alloca on, he/she may be able to select another seat to purchase as per policy.

To purchase the selected seat, press con nue to payment page and pay the quoted amount to get the
boarding pass.

Note: If customer mistakenly selects another seat a er clicking OK, for which system will charge an
amount as men oned above. However, if customer doesn’t want to pay the amount and need a free of
charge seat alloca on, for that purpose customer has to close the current session without proceeding
further and to start again the online check-in process.
STEP 7: Confirma on page along with the boarding pass will appear. To expand the boarding pass, please
click on the name of the passenger.
Customer may also be able to save the Mobile Boarding pass using the Save to Gallery op on available
at the bo om of boarding pass.
