ULTRASOUND WHOLE ABDOMEN

LIVER: is large in size measuring – 169.7mm. Parenchymal Echotexture is


altered. IHBCS are not dilate. Portal vein is normal in caliver. No focal
lesion is seen.

G. BLADDER: Normal in size, shape and echopattern. No calculus or mass lesion


detected in the gall bladder. G.B. wall is 5.6mm thick.

CBD: is normal in caliber. No calculus or mass lesion is seen.

PANCREAS: Normal in shape, size and echotexture.

SPLEEN: Normal in shape, size and echotexture. No focal lesion is seen.

KIDNEY: B/L kidneys show normal shape, size and echotexture. Cortico-medullary
differentiation is maintained. No calculus hydronephrosis is seen.

U. BLADDER: Lumen is echofree. Wall thickness is normal.

PROSTATE: Normal in shape, size and echotexture. No focal lesion is seen.

No evidence of retroperitoneal lymphadenopathy is seen.

Gaseous abdomen seen

IMPRESSION: ALTERED HEPATIC PARECHYMAL ECHOTEXTURE WITH GB WALL


EDEMA….S/O? HEPATITIS.
