RULE II - PROFESSIONAL REGULATORY BOARD OF ARCHITECTURE: ORGANIZATION, POWERS, AND

FUNCTIONS

Section 4 – creation of the PRB

- Chairman and 2 members appointed by president

Section 5 – qualifications of members of the PRB

- Citizen and resident in ph

- Degree holder archi
- Be architect with valid cert of reg at least 10 years
- Not a member of faculty 5yrs prior nomination
- Never been convicted
- Not an officer of IAPOA

Section 6 – term of office

-office term 3 yrs

-each member can be reappointed one full term

-chairman – 3 yrs

1 member – 2 years

2 member – 1 yr

- incumbent members of the Board may be appointed as members of the First Board

Rule III – examination, registration, and licensure

 Section 15 – rating in the licensure exam

-70% passing di bababa 50% per subj

 Section 16 -report of ratings

-board to submit sa commission within 30 calendar days after exam

 18 – issuance of cert

- Paid prescribed fee of annual reg for 3 years
