content of the program.
b. A fellowship is not just being happy, but what happened after the fellowship?
c. In what way can it be shared to others.

2. It was noticed by the CYF President Justine Rene Fernandez that the Butaw of UCM is
small and that the members of UCM used their own money in the Fellowship.
Suggested that there must be a system in their activities. They should have done more
IGP’s.
LM Miguel Camposano Jr. informed the Council that the members of UCM saved money
just for the said activity.
3. The amount of UCM contribution for the Church Anniversary should be php5,700.00,
just a typographical error.

that it must be for the whole church and be one of the projects of CSRD.
2. The Pastor announced that there is a Music Ministry offered by the Living Palms Church
at Palmera. It was declined because there was a previous agreement that the church
will not accept music ministry assistance from outside. Besides, it should be the project
of CEN and it is not included in the agenda.
3. The Secretary suggested that the Officers of CYF talk with members who have cars to
minimize expense on transportation for Christmas Institute and other activities.
4. The Treasurer advised that the CYF’ers who will attend the Christmas Institute save for
their Registration Fee. Parents of some CYF’ers are not Christian, so something must be
done.

it is evangelism.

Christian Stewardship and Resource Development (CSRD)
B. General Fund
Discussion/Observations
1. When entering the amount for Everybody’s Birthday during Church Anniversary, indicate
the amount per member. Birthday offering is different from Everybody’s Birthday.
2. It was noticed that the figure for the monthly report for October 2022 and November
2022 is different from the early report.
Per Monthly Report: October 2022 total cash inflow php53, 626.50
November 2022 36,370.00
Per Annual Report October 2022 total cash inflow php 54,926.50
November 2022 36, 570.00
Be careful with figures, even with entry of dates.
3. The amount of donation for the month of January 2023 is supposed to be php21,
400.00 just for food catering. However, amount indicated is only php18,940. 00 The
treasurer informed the Council that the CYF has not given their share of php5,700.00.
The newly installed CYF President will talk with the former President/Vice president.
4. Some council members have not given their pledge for the television set.
Motion #25 It was moved by CWA President Maricel Manuel and seconded by Elder
Evelyn Francisco that the remaining uncollected fund for the television set be the
initial fund for the proposed laptop.
5. Alay ko timbang ko IGP, many members have not paid yet.
6. Alkansya IGP is not compulsory, CSRD was advised to give one alkansya per family.
Deadline of returning the Alkansya is December 2023.
7. The amount of IGP is way behind the projection.
8. The amount of donation for snack must be deleted from the financial report and must
have a separate report. For this EY 2023-2024, there must be a monthly report.
Motion #26 It was moved by CYF President Justine Rene Fernandez and seconded by UCM
President Ernesto Pangilinan that the report of CSRD be approved with corrections.

picture of the prospective, the whole church and the finished portion.

the member himself decide whom to give the letter.
4. The Solicitation letter will be brought to the congregation for approval.
5. Acknowledgement letter will be given to the sponsor/donor.
6. Coordinate with the Conference Minister regarding the printing of receipts.
Motion #27 It was moved by Elder Evelyn Francisco and seconded by UCM President
Ernesto Pangilinan that the Solicitation letter for Church Building construction be approved.
Christian Stewardship and Resource Development Plans and Budget
Motion #28 It was moved by Elder Evelyn Francisco and seconded by UCM President
Ernesto Pangilinan that the Plans and Budget of CSRD for EY 2023-2024 be accepted.
Discussion/Observation
1. The amount of love gift for guest speaker is php2,000.00.
2. Are we still availing the services of the Custodian? Being a custodian is not easy. Let us
not look just on the maintenance of the church orderliness and cleanliness.

3. Lessen participation in MNC activities. Activities mentioned are Annual Fellowship and
Annual session. Allot budget for disciples’ activities.
Motion #28a It was moved by CYF President Justene Rene Fernandez and seconded by Elder
Evelyn Francisco that we allot php 8,000.00 Budget for Disciples Activities.
4. Requesting dialogue with MNC CYF. The offer of the Secretary to communicate with the
President was declined by the Vice Chairperson. Pastor will be the one to communicate.
5. The Administrative Pastor reminded the Church Council that we are 5 months behind
the
payment of WMS. The Vice chairperson said that the book for EY 2022.-2023 is already
closed. Remarks: “kapag nagkulang ba tayo sa gastusin ng simbahan may ibibigay ba sa
atin?”, “Do we have to be tapat with our tithes”, “we are giving sa kaya natin”, “kapag
nagkukulang tayo ang affected hindi ang MNC, sa ibang gawain nagtitipid” “parang may
utang pa na dapat bayaran”. Pastor suggested that we inform MNC about our giving of
WMS. The Vice chairperson, separate 22% weekly, “cge subukan natin magbigay starting
June 2023”. The Secretary suggested that the giving of WMS must be parallel with the
giving of tithes and offering. The UCM President shared what he read “Do you love God”
Motion #29 It was moved by CYF President Justine Rene Fernandez and seconded by
Elder Evelyn Francisco that the Plans and Budget of CSRD for EY 2023-2024 be approved with
