a. Incident Record Form (IRF) Blotter Entry 2019-0235 with subject Conduction
dated March 7, 2019;
b. Memorandum from ACOP. ICPS with Cite Number ICPSO: 0307-08-2019
with subject SPOT REPORT re Shooting Incident dated March 7, 2019;
2. In connection with above reference, please be informed this station had requested
SOCO for
Ballistic Examination on the recovered fired cartridge of. 45 Cal &awaiting for result.
Coordinated with the owner of the CCTV near the crime scene to check the footage for possible
identities of the suspect/s. Copy of CCTV footage was send to Anti-Cyber Crime 9 requesting
photo enhancement.
3. On or about 10:30 AM March 8, 2019,ACOP,ICPS attended meeting with Col
Fernando Reyeg Bde Cmdr 104th Bde PA & Lt. Col. Achilles Dela Cruz for a joint Security
measures.
 Intel Operative of this station are continuously gathering information for
possible identities & arrest of the perpetrators. Hot pursuit operation still in
effect.
 Possible Motives of the incident
1) Election Related Incident wherein victim is a close supporter of VM Cherrylynn
Akbar,
2) love triangle, the victim has two wives.
