3. Article from participants who have not paid the registration fee until July 31 ,
2023 at 11.59 PM, will not be proceed further.
4. Participant's abstracts will be published in the Sunshine 2023 proceedings.
5. The rights to publication belong to the Sunshine 2023 committee.
6. Participants must pay attention to the deadline for article submissions and
other announcements that are published on the Sunshine 2023 website
(www.soloneuro.org)

8. Participants must obey to the committee's decision.
9. Participants whose articles are selected for moderated poster presentations
must present their articles directly during Sunshine 2023 symposium event

1. The committee received scientific articles submission from the participants
2. Articles submitted could be from all branches (POKDI) of Neurology.
3. Scientific articles are original articles that have never been published before.
4. Types of articles are research articles (preferably original research) or case
reports.
5. Each participant registers an electronic mail (email) account that will be used
for communication regarding article submission.
6. Submission of abstracts, manuscripts, and E-Neuroposters is done through the
Sunshine 2023 website page after the participants have registered.

7. General requirements for the size of uploaded documents:

a. Abstract (Microsoft Word document maximum size of 500KB);
b. Publication manuscript (Microsoft Word document maximum size of 5MB)
c. E-Neuroposter (document with .jpg or .pdf extension maximum size of 5MB)
d.. Voice over explaining the scientific article (document with .mp3 or .wmv
extension maximum size of 5 MB)
8. First Authors are person who have greatest contribution to the research, if the
article is written by several authors. The main author's name is written first in the
list of authors using underline.
9. Authors are the people who directly contributed to the research.
10. Research articles have been approved by the Ethics and Research Committee
11. Case reports have obtained consent from the patient or their legally authorized
representatives.
12. The authors is responsible for the content of the article.
13. If the article contains language and other unethical content or has the potential
to raise racial or religious issues, has been published before, did not pass ethical
review (for research articles), did not get permission from the patients or their
legally authorized representatives (for case report articles), and has elements of
plagiarism, fabrication, and/or fraud, the committee has the right to reject and
remove the article from Sunshine 2023, including cancel the presentation and
the predicate announced.
14. Articles consist of titles, abstracts, and published texts.
a. Titles and abstracts are submitted in Indonesian and English.
b. Publication manuscripts are submitted in English.

15. Abstract submission starts on May 1 , 2023, at 00.00 AM until July 31 , 2023, at
11.59 PM.
16. The committee will review the eligibility of the abstract to be accepted and
included in the proceedings.
17. Participants will receive notification from the committee and the article number
if the article is accepted. This article number should be included in subsequent
communications with the committee.
18. The committee has the right to make minor changes to the abstract in terms of
grammar without changing the content.
19. Participants whose abstracts are accepted must send manuscript, E-
Neuroposters, and voice over, explaining the scientific article.
20. Abstracts, publication manuscripts, E-Neuroposters, and voice over will be
assessed by the committee anonymously.

22. Participants whose articles are SELECTED for moderated poster presentations

5. The identity of the subject/patient or identity number which can refer to the
identity of the subject/patient and the photo of the subject/patient must be
disguised. This includes examination photos, medical records, imaging results,
and other supporting examinations.
6. The design of the E-Neuroposter should be appealing with readable fonts.
7. The E-Neuroposter should be submitted in landscape orientation with a ratio of
16:9
8. E-Neuroposter may contain text, photos, images, charts and tables but does NOT
contain audio, video, links or animation.
9. E-Neuroposter systematics for Research articles includes: Title, Abstract,
Introduction, Method, Results, Discussion, and Bibliography.
10. E-Neuroposter systematics for Case Report articles are: Title, Abstract,
Introduction, Case Report, Discussion, and Bibliography.
11. Avoid using unfamiliar terms, abbreviations or units.
12. There are maximum of 4 pictures/graphics and/or tables (a combination of
both, for example 2 pictures and 2 tables or 1 picture and 3 tables is allowed).
13. Include 2-4 main literature references written in the Bibliography.
14. The E-Neuroposter file is submitted with the extension .jpg or .pdf with the ideal
resolution for viewing using a personal computer (max 150 dpi).
15. The E-Neuroposter is named by the author's last name, short title, and EP code
with the following example: Mawuntu – AED Compliance EP.jpg.
16. The maximum size of the E-Neuroposter document is 5MB.

Rules for Presentation of E-Neuroposters and Oral Presentations
1. Participants whose articles are SELECTED for oral presentation will present the
nd rd
articles on 2 -3 2023.
2. Participants have to come directly at presentation room and bring 3 (three)
copies of their publication manuscript for the adjudicators.
3. Participants present their articles within a maximum of 5 minutes and are
followed by a question-and-answer session by the adjudicators for 5 minutes
4. Presentations and questions and answers are conducted in Indonesian OR
English
5. The person in charge of the moderated E-Neuroposter presentation has the right
to stop participants making presentations after 5 minutes.
6. Each participant will be assessed by 3 judges based on the assessment
instrument made by the committee.
7. Participants must obey to the committee's decision.
8. Winners will be announced on September 3 rd 2023.
Scientific Publications
1. Articles that have been selected as E-Neuroposter winners and oral
presentation winners must be submitted to Magna Neurologica Journal,
Neurology Department, Faculty of Medicine, Sebelas Maret University to get the
winner certificate
2. Participant should follow the format of the Magna Neurologica Journal,
Neurology Department, Faculty of Medicine, Sebelas Maret University.
3. Publication format and processing of the Magna Neurologica Journal, Neurology
Department, Faculty of Medicine, Sebelas Maret University can be accessed on
