3. Is there correlation between Buyer Cancellation % and Order to Pickup
Metric Derivation: Order to Pickup = Order to Ready to Ship ( o2rts_avg) + Ready Overall Correlation
to Ship to Pickup (rts2pick_avg)

Insights:
1. At overall level, There is no correlation (.09) between the Buyer Cancellation
and Order to Pickup
2. Home & Kitchen Segment has positive correlation(0.29). Especially the buyer
cancellation % has positive correlation (0.3) with Sellers from Gujarat and
Maharashtra Sellers.
3. Higher Correlation (.50) between Phone sellers from Gujarat, Maharashtra,
Haryana and Buyer Order Cancellation %

4. Seller Tiering
We will be deriving the performance score by assigning positive and negative weightages. For Category, The
merchants will be assigned to the Tier based on the below criteria (Bell Curve).

1. Platinum - Top 10%


2. Gold - 11-50%
3. Silver - 51-90%
4. Bronze - 91-100%

We will be using the below KPIs and related weightages to derive the tier.

O2RTS -25% Performance Lesser the time, Better the performance. So using negative %
Expired Orders -25% Performance Merchant failed to attend the order
Seller Cancelled Orders -10% Performance Merchant failed to plan ahead / Not delivering
