    Subject : KOM ZTE Telkomsel Project with subcontractor (POLA and PAB)

    Meeting summary :
    1. ZTE Project team has explained the details of the work(TI and NPO) in ZTE-Telkomsel Project to Pola
    and PAB
    2. All subconts working on this project must prepare TI and NPO team (end to end work)
    3. All teams that will work on this project must follow all the requirements of the ZTE Project team and ZTE
    Quality team.
    4. POLA and PAB can provide teams in SULAWESI and KALIMANTAN with detail below :
     POLA : SULAWESI 3 and Kalimantan 3
     PAB : SULAWESI 5 and Kalimantan 5
    5. ZTE will inform POLA and PAB to prepare the team once there is work that is ready to be carried out (site
    assignment from customer), then POLA and PAB teams need ready on 7 days.
    6. ZTE will check all team lists from the subcont before starting training, only teams approved by ZTE can
    start working (subcont need to share the list name to ZTE OS team before onboard on regional)
