Third Annual ASPIRE Award Nominees Announced

OneAmerica works to honor their associates and their achievements

INDIANAPOLIS, October 2, 2023 - OneAmerica is celebrating the hard work and

achievements of their associates with the Annual ASPIRE Awards. With the awards coming up
soon the company has announced the nominees for four awards that are being honored.

“Our associates are the backbone of OneAmerica, I find myself in awe that we have so many
associates that embody the ASPIRE values,” said President Scott Davidson.

The ASPIRE Awards will be taking place on Oct. 15 2023 in Indianapolis. To celebrate the
awards there will be a reception for the nominees and their guests that will include a dinner.
There are four ASPIRE awards that will be given out at this event: the Excellence in Execution
Award, Excellence in Partnership Award, the Distinguished Achievement Award, and the
Outstanding Leadership Award.

With over 150 associates nominated for an award there is plenty to be celebrated. These
associates are nominated by project partners, peers, and supervisors.

“I am very proud of everything that has been accomplished this year. OneAmerica does not run
without these guys,” added Davidson.

With every year there are more and more nominees. It is important to OneAmerica to recognize
the excellence of their associates and honor their hard work.
