Colgate Global Business Services Private Limited (CGBS) is a wholly owned subsidiary of Colgate-Palmolive Company, incorporated
in Mumbai, India on January 10, 2013. The Company was set-up primarily to provide multi-functional services and value support to
Colgate Palmolive Companies across the globe. The company has grown enormously over the period of time and today it operates
with a strong 1000+ Colgate employees in Mumbai. It is broadly organized into two verticals namely; Global Information Technology
(GIT) and Colgate Business Services ( CBS).

● Represented CGBS in the Global Talent Acquisition Process improvement Forum in US
● Lead and implemented the Global Job Description Project at CGBS level
● Driving Coaching Culture Agenda for ~ 100 people managers at a GIT level
● Designed and managed the execution of Leadership Development Program “IndiGo” across CGBS
● Leading the Employer Branding project CGBS level

Business Partnering
● Promoting the adoption and continuous improvement of the HR Partnership Model in the business and facilitate
collaboration among Business HR, CBS HR, (shared services), and COE
● Co-creating, deploying and executing CoE-developed strategies (including, e.g., rewards & recognition, employer brand,
development, policies, programs and learning, Colgate connect survey insights and action planning)
● Collaborating with COEs to understand local market and external factors to contribute to the development of insights and to
support Business HR, COEs and business decisions
● Responsible for periodic discussions with HR and business leaders on Data Analysis and Insights on various HR reports
including hiring, talent profiles, learning etc for key organizational and people decisions
● Working closely with the Total Rewards and Benefits team in the planning, data analysis and execution of compensation
actions/surveys
● Driving several employee engagement initiatives by establishing proactive and responsive channels of communication to
increase employee connect with leadership and to capture pulse on the ground e.g. Coffee Chronicles, Share your Mind
Conversations, We Care, Covid Connect etc.
● Partnering with business leaders in the review and implementation of organization structure and design
● Collaborating with business leaders and BHR team for driving various change management or transformation initiatives

Capability Building
● Responsible for the budgeting, planning, designing and implementation of the learning needs plan for GIT Mumbai
● Responsible for developing core Colgate leadership & GIT functional competencies of the team eg Leadership Development
Program “IndiGo” for HiPos, First Time Managers Programs etc
● Collaborating with business leaders to identify the core functional and future skills sets in the teams to drive productivity and
the subsequent plan for execution
● Driving the agenda to upskill hiring managers on Competency Based Interviewing (CBI) Skills at a CGBS level as DDI
certified CBI facilitator

Campus Engagement
● Leading the entire campus engagement strategy for GIT Mumbai which includes engaging with 15+ colleges, hiring 100+
interns with 50%+ conversion rate to full time offers
● Driving engagement with colleges through IT Tech Talks, Leadership Discussions, etc
● Ensuring an interactive and smooth onboarding experience

ICA Pidilite Pvt Ltd, incorporated in May 2016 is a 50-50 joint venture company of Pidilite Industries and ICA Spa, Italy. The JVC
engages in high technology wood finishing business in India and other select countries.

Responsible for the Change Management and Transition in the new JVC

Managing the entire HR and Admin function:

● Successfully handled the Employee Transfer Process of 180 employees from Italcoats to ICA Pidilite, including JV
Announcement to employees, Appointment letters (generation & distribution), Employee Documents, Policy & Process
briefing to employees, Employee Queries & Grievance etc.
● Responsible for managing the complete Recruitment lifecycle of positions across levels from frontline team to Head of
Department
● Designed organization wide HR related policies
● Designed and implemented a structured Induction and Onboarding Process for all the new recruits involving theory as
well as practical training
● Responsible for Organization wide HR Budget, Manpower Planning, Organization Structure
● Designed and implemented a structured Performance Appraisal Process for FY 16-17

Pidilite acquired the adhesive business of Ahmedabad-based Blue Coat, which is engaged in manufacturing and selling a
wide range of adhesives and textile chemicals.

Responsible for the Change Management and Transition

● Defined Roles and Responsibilities & Organizational Structure for 180 Bluecoat employees (70 sales, 69
workers, 11 distribution & 30 Accounts)
● Designed and Implemented Policies for the Bluecoat division by aligning its current policies with the Pidilite policy
framework
● Designed and conducted an Induction Programme for the sales force of Bluecoat to integrate them with Pidilite
● Managed the day to day HR related employee grievances like payroll, income tax, policy issues, etc.
● Handled Annual Salary Increments basis Sales Growth, Current Roles & Responsibilities etc.
● Managing realignment of manpower and their work profile due to system migration from Tally to SAP across
Bluecoat Division

Nina Waterproofing is a 70-30 JV between Pidilite Industries and Nina Concrete Systems Pvt Ltd. Nina is recognized as
one of the leading waterproofing solution contractors in India. It offers end to end solutions in waterproofing. Nina has its
major presence across the construction spectrum – including residential, commercial, industrial, institutional and
infrastructure segments.

Responsible for the Change Management and Transition in the new JVC

● Completely handled the Employee Transfer Process of 251 employees from Nina Concrete to Nina Waterproofing
including JV Announcement to employees, Appointment letters (generation & distribution), Employee Documents,
Policy & Process briefing to employees, Employee Grievance etc.
● Responsible for all HR related Registrations and Statutory Compliances required for a new company
● Successfully closed around 40 Open Positions in Projects, Accounts, Purchase, HR etc. spread across the Hierarchy
from Supervisor level to Vice President level
