GTM Specialist

As a GTM Specialist (Go-to-Market Specialist), primary responsibility is to develop and


execute effective go-to-market strategies for new products. Will work closely with cross-
functional teams, including marketing, sales, product management and operations, to ensure
successful product launches and market penetration.

Responsibilities:

1. Drive Revenue:: With applying GTM strategies and collaborating with marketing, Sales
and Preboot team, responsible for generating revenue for the particular product as per the
target

2. Go-to-Market Strategy Development: Collaborate with marketing, sales and operation


teams to define and develop comprehensive go-to-market strategies that align with business
objectives and target customer segments.

3. Market Research: Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs,
market trends, competitive landscape, and opportunities for product positioning and
differentiation.

4. Product Launch Planning: Develop detailed product launch plans, including,


positioning, pricing, and promotional strategies, to generate awareness and drive product
adoption.

5. Messaging and Positioning: Create compelling value propositions and messaging


frameworks that effectively communicate product benefits and address customer pain points.

6. Sales Enablement: Collaborate with sales team and preboot team to develop sales
enablement materials, including presentations, training modules, and objection handling
guides, to support effective sales conversations and drive revenue growth.

7. Marketing Collateral: Work with digital marketing teams to create marketing


collaterals that resonate with target customers and support lead generation efforts.

8. Influencer marketing: Collaborate with channel partners, influencers to effectively sell


and promote the product.

9. Performance Tracking and Optimization: Monitor and analyze key performance


indicators (KPIs) related to product launches and go-to-market activities, and make data-
driven recommendations for optimization and improvement.

10. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Foster strong relationships and collaborate with


internal stakeholders, including product management, marketing, sales, preboot and
operations teams, to ensure alignment and successful execution of go-to-market strategies.
Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field. A master's degree is a plus.

2. Proven experience in developing and executing go-to-market strategies for new products or
services.

3. Strong understanding of marketing principles, market research, and product positioning.

4. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to create compelling
messages for different target audiences.

5. Analytical mindset, with the ability to analyze market trends, customer insights, and
performance metrics to drive informed decision-making.

6. Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and
stakeholders simultaneously.

7. Experience in Edutech industry is a must

8. Familiarity with sales enablement tools and methodologies is a plus.

9. Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, and adapt to changing priorities
and requirements.
