Scope of Supply:

The prices quoted above are for the machines with given configuration and for the quantity mentioned.

Terms and Conditions of Sale

Type of Sale:

The buyer has to arrange for relevant documents such as TIN and GST certificates as prescribed by Sales Tax
Department.

Taxes and Levies:

Taxes are applicable at the time of billing. Any variation in taxes and duties at the time of purchase shall be borne by the
buyer

Tax Collection at Source (TCS):

Based on government regulations, an additional tax of 1% under the category of Tax Collected at Source has been
imposed for wheel equipment whose value is more than ten lakh rupees.

Registration of machine with RTO:

The cost incurred for registration has to be borne by the buyer.

Payment Terms:

Buyer should arrange for 100% payment of the value of the equipment along with taxes and duties before the dispatch of
the equipment.

Machine Insurance:

Buyer has to arrange Insurance for the Machine.

Transportation of Equipment to Site:

Buyer has to arrange for the machine transportation from Supplier Yard to Buyer Site.

Validity of Quote:

This quote is valid for 30 days from the date of quotation.

Commissioning of the Machine:

Machine will be commissioned on customer’s site by service engineers of Gmmco.

Warranty:

Standard warranty 1 year 2000 hours
