 I. Accommodation as per below or similar….
1. Orlando: 6 nights – Comfort Inn Maingate Resort with breakfast at hotel
2. Washington, DC: 1 night – Comfort Inn Herndon Reston hotel with breakfast
3. New Jersey: 2 nights – Holiday Inn Piscataway Hotel with breakfast at hotel

II. Meal:
1. daily breakfast at hotel except day 1 (15th Nov)
2. 2x cash allowance of $ 15 pp for (Disney & universal studio)
3. 3x lunches at restaurant
4. 9x dinners at restaurant

III. Transfer:

1. Return airport transfer: Orlando (MCO)

2. One-way airport transfer: Washington, DC (IAD) & New York (JFK) 3. Intercity transfer:
Washington, DC – New Jersey
4. Point to point transfer only in Orlando.
5. 3x return KSC transfer.
6. Vehicle service for 12 hours per day with driving time of 10 hours wherever given for full day.
7. Last day only airport drop-off.

IV. Sightseeing:

1. 1 day Disney Base tickets (1 park per day) on day 5

2. Universal studio general admission on day 6
3. Guided city tour of Washington, Dc with visit to Smithsonian Air & space museum on day 7
4. Guided city tour of New York city for hours with visit to ESB (86th floor) on day 8
5. Seeds of Peace visit day 9 & 10

3 days’ robotic camp - $ 489 per student & $ 285 per chaperones (based on availability at the time of

2. Mandatory Gratuity for the driver & Guide not included (minimum of $ 100 per day & pay on daily
basis)

4. Domestic travel fares within India are not included in the above tour fee.
5. Meet N Greet and Porterage are not included.
6. Check in time at most hotels is 3:00-4:00 PM and check out time at 11:00 AM.
7. Incidental charge must be paid by clients.
8. Surcharges for weekends and convention may apply for any trade fair/special event in city.
9. There will be supplement cost if group is falling into holiday weekend, or there is a peak season for
Theme parks.
