Resilient modulus is calculated wrongly.

For 8% CBR value of K (subgrade support) is 49MPa/m Follow IRC 37 2018, clause 6.3

Interpolating values foe 42MPa subgrade for 250mm subbase,

(56-49)/(56-28)=0.25

(80-48)*0.25=8

Hence, 72MPa/m

VG40, with average annual temperature of 35 degree, 3000MPa is adopted for bituminous
pavement.

Traffic= 100 trucks per day for 15years with 2% annual growth for maximum loaded traffic lane.

Present Traffic = 100 cvpd

Design Life = 15 Years
Traffic Growth factor = 0.02
Cumulative repetation in 15 Yrs. = 365xA{(1+r)n -1}/r

= 631209.7174 0.631209717

Say 0.65MSA

Work being of smaller volume, a lower reliability of 80% is considered.

Subgrade rutting criteria eqn 3.1

Permissible compressive strain Ev=0.00126

Fatigue Cracking bituminous layer

Air void Va-4.5, Binder Volume Vbe-13

M=0.2558, C=1.8
Permissible fatigue strain Ef=0.00158

Data input to IIT Pave

Since BC cannot be less than 30mm

it cannot be treated as structural layer
Remove 25 mm and input 50mm only

tyre pressure shall be 0.56 Mpa

Input neglecting BC of 25mm

Output
Rutting strain,

0.00124 <0.00126

Fatigue strain,

0.00602<0.00158

Hence, safe adopted

This crust composition is inadequate either use 30 BC +50 WMM keeping the
same 100WMM and 150 GSB or use 25 BC/SDBC+50 DBM +150WMM +150GSB
