Dear Sir,
This is to notify you that your Tender for the work under reference has been
accepted by the Competent Authority of NBCC Services Limited (NSL) and is
pleased to hereby place this Letter of Award (LoA)for the total Contract value of
Rs. 1,30,78,7 12.00 (Rupees One Crore Thirty lakhs Seventy-Eight Thousand
Seven Hundred and Twelev only) at 01.61% below of the estimated cost put to
tender and this is inclusive of all Taxes including GST.

Time is essence of this contract. The time allowed for the completion of this work is
30 Days which shall be reckoned w.e.f. 27.07.2023. Accordingly your date of start
of this work will be 27.07.2023 and completion date will be 25.08.2023. Defect
Liablity Period will be 12 Months.
You are requested to furnish an irrevocable performance guarantee equal to 5 % of
