1. What are your best practices in your time management?


Answer:
As a student, I've found that my best practices in time management really align with my values of organization and efficiency.
What works well for me is prioritizing tasks based on their importance and urgency. I've got this routine of using tools and
apps to track all my tasks and deadlines. Oh, and breaking down those big, daunting tasks into smaller, more manageable
parts? Total game-changer. I've also learned the hard way about burnout, so now I always make sure to set aside some time for
breaks. It's amazing how a little breather can do wonders for focus and creativity. And when I'm in the zone, I'm all about
minimizing distractions. Turning off notifications, finding a quiet spot – whatever it takes to keep my attention where it needs
to be. All these little strategies might sound simple, but they've become my secret sauce for managing time effectively and
boosting productivity.

2. What will you improve in your time management?


Answer:
While my current time management practices have served me well, there's always room for improvement. One area I aim to
enhance is my ability to estimate task durations more accurately. Sometimes, I find myself underestimating how long a task
will take, leading to tight deadlines and added stress. To address this, I plan to reflect on past experiences, analyze the time it
actually takes to complete different types of tasks and use this data to create more realistic timelines. Additionally, I want to
explore advanced features of the productivity tools I use to maximize their effectiveness. This might involve delving deeper
into features like advanced task prioritization or integrating new tools that align with my workflow. Continuous learning and
adaptation are key, and I believe these adjustments will contribute to even more efficient time management in the future.
