1. Pan Number / Form 60 is compulsory as per Govt. of India.
2. Delivery Subject to availability & Supply of Model / Color from the Manufacturer.
3. Cash Payment accepted only below Rs. 1.99 Lakhs.
4. Amount paid will not carry any interest.
5. Prices are subject to change without any prior notice & Prices prevailing at the time of delivery only will be applicable.
6. Accessories once ordered by customer & fitted to the car will not be exchanged or taken back & full value of the bill has to be borne by the customer.
7. The company is not liable for any delays in delivery due to contigencies arising from any situation & natural calamities beyond our control.
8. Registration & Delivery of Cars would be only after realisation of full payment.
9. Tax collected at Source (TCS) is @ 1% of Ex-showroom price w. e. f st June 2016, when Ex-showroom prices is more than Rs. 10 Lakhs.
10. Dealer will provide TCS Certificate against the TCS amount collected from the customer.
11. Extra Charges for Registration & Handling (Permanent & Temporary) is Rs.3,000
12. Outstation Charges Direct Permanent is Rs.4,000
