a. How many properties do you need to observe/analyze
each week?
b. How many phone calls need to be made to create the
contacts you desire?
c. How many books do you need to further your research?
6. Prioritize your action plan.
a. Turn your action plan into a TO DO list.
b. Remind yourself to do it now or you will waste valuable
time.
7. Celebrate each success.
a. Give yourself a treat for each success.
