May I respectfully endorse for information and appropriate action the following
proposed supplemental budgets of the Municipal Government of San Vicente for Calendar
Year 2023:

1. Approval of Proposed Supplemental Budget No. 18, series of 2023 amounting to Php 2,
405,000.00 derived from the savings of various departments/offices under Personnel
Services (PS) Account of CY 2023 Annual Budget to finance essential, necessary and
prioritized development projects;

2. Approval of Proposed Supplemental Budget No. 19, series of 2023 amounting to Php
20,000,000.00 derived from the realigned CY 2021 Development Fund (Construction
and Establishment of Isolation Facility for Infectious Diseases) to finance essential,
necessary and priority development projects;

3. Approval of Proposed Supplemental Budget No. 20, series of 2023 amounting to Php 76,
071, 983.58 derived from the savings of Supplemental Budget Nos. 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7 and
8, all series of 2023 to finance essential programs, projects and activities (PPAs)
intended for the general welfare and operations of the Municipal Government;

Members of the Sanggunian

Ladies and Gentlemen:

By the powers vested in me by the law, I am pleased to submit a proposed

Supplemental Budget for Fiscal Year 2023 of the Municipal Government pursuant to
Section 320 and 321 of Republic Act No. 7160 otherwise known as the Local
Government Code of 1991, amounting to Php 76, 071, 983.58.

The proposed 76-Million Supplemental Budget is derived from the savings of the
previously approved Supplemental Budget Nos. 1-8, all series of 2023, which will be
utilized to finance essential programs, projects and activities (PPAs) intended for the
general welfare and operations of the Municipal Government. A detailed breakdown
of the fund source is provided under Local Budget Preparation (LBP) Form No. 8
(Statement of Fund Source), as certified by the Acting Municipal Treasurer and the
Municipal Accountant.

This proposed supplemental budget will be our continuing blueprint for sustaining
efforts to safeguard our people from the future adverse economic and social impacts
and uplift the quality of their lives. Details of the programs, projects and activities
are further provided under Local Budget Preparation (LBP) Form No. 9 (Statement of
Supplemental Appropriations).

With your review and speedy approval of the proposed Supplemental Budget for
the Fiscal Year 2023, we shall move forward and succeed.

Ladies and Gentlemen:

By the powers vested in me by the law, I am pleased to submit a proposed

Supplemental Budget for Fiscal Year 2023 of the Municipal Government pursuant to
Section 320 and 321 of Republic Act No. 7160 otherwise known as the Local
Government Code of 1991, amounting to Php 20,000,000.00.

The proposed 20-Million Supplemental Budget is derived from the realigned CY 2021
Development Fund (Construction and Establishment of Isolation Facility for
Infectious Diseases) which was decided and recommended by the Members of the
Municipal Development Council- Executive Committee (MDC-ExeCom) to be
reprogrammed as authorized under MDC ExeCom Resolution No. 16, series of 2023.
A detailed breakdown of the fund source is provided under Local Budget
Preparation (LBP) Form No. 8 (Statement of Fund Source), as certified by the Acting
Municipal Treasurer and the Municipal Accountant.
This supplemental budget will be utilized to finance to finance essential, necessary
and priority development projects pursuant to DBM-DOF-DILG Joint Memorandum
Circular No.01, series of 2020. Details of the programs, projects and activities are
further provided under Local Budget Preparation (LBP) Form No. 9 (Statement of
Supplemental Appropriations).

With your review and speedy approval of the proposed Supplemental Budget for
the Fiscal Year 2023, we shall move forward and succeed.

under Local Budget Preparation (LBP) Form No. 8 (Statement of Fund Source), as
certified by the Acting Municipal Treasurer and the Municipal Accountant.
The 2.4- Million proposed supplemental budget will be utilized and is intended to
finance finance essential, necessary to the efficient and effective delivery of vital government
services. Details of the programs, projects and activities are further provided under
Local Budget Preparation (LBP) Form No. 9 (Statement of Supplemental
Appropriations).
