ABSTRACT
The problem of this research was concerned to The correlation between students’
parental involvement and English achievement at the eleventh grade of SMA Trisakti
OKU. The objective of this thesis were to find out The correlation between students’
parental involvement and English achievement at the eleventh grade of SMA Trisakti
OKU used correlation method. The population of the this study was all the eleventh
grade of SMA Trisakti OKU. The writer used the population as the sample; the total
of the sample was 60 students. The writer used documentation and questionnaire in
collecting the data. Based on the finding there was significant correlation between
students’ parental involvement and their achievement in English of the eleventh grade
students of at eleventh grade students of SMK Trisakti OKU. From the value of
correlation and sig 2 tailed, the writer concluded that there was correlation between
students’ students’ parental involvement and their achievement in English.
