In order for Bronie to continually progress, It will have to develop methods to determine
which factors of the marketing plan work and which proves to be unsuccessful. Product
innovation is one of the company set goals. To measure the effectiveness of the innovations, the
company will pay close attention to the sales of different brownie flavors. One of the most direct
ways to measure the success of our brownies is to track sales data. Track the number of
brownies sold each day and study trends over time so that we can invent different types of
brownies. It needs to be better monitored to know the status of its sales increase or decrease,
so that it is better to know what to do to keep up with the trend and costumers preferences. This
is needed to monitor monthly because by doing this it will allow the business to monitor the
success of the product of the month and seasonal flavor proposals. This way of financial
analysis will help the company determine which product need to improve.
Another way to determine which factors of the marketing plan will lead Bronie to
success is through collecting feedback from customers who have bought and tried our brownies
to find out if anything is missing or needs to be added for flavor and also to find out if it is
acceptable to costumers, so that the taste becomes more popular with everyone this product
can be sold to people, so it is necessary to collect feedback from consumers so that we can
improve the product that is being sold and if it is said that something is missing and if it is too
much of the taste. It an be weighed as to what the taste is that costumers want to entice
shoppers to buy this product.
Calculate the return on investment (ROI) for your brownies by comparing the revenue
generated by the product to the cost associated with manufacturing and marketing to determine
if there is a profit in the products produced you may lose revenue due to the invested equipment
which is not necessary for brownies so it would be better to invest in what equipment is needed

competitors in the Filinvestwest Belvedere Paradahan 1 like Arbues Chocolate Store because it
also offer brownies that can satisfy the cravings of consumers.

Without satisfying their needs and offering excellent customer services,
customers won't purchase a product. With this fact, we will prioritize our product

variety of the brownie. But this promo is

We chose cardboard box to provide a cost-effective and eco-friendly packaging. It offers
excellent protection to our products during transportation while also allowing us to print our
branding information with high quality at an affordable cost.

The company logo will feature a simple but memorable design, inspired by our product
and company name. Our company name Bronie comes from the word "Bro" or in other term
"friend" that symbolizes connection to customers, and "Brownie" which is our product. Each
flavor has a different logo so that the customers will be guided, also to make our product more
entertaining and attractive.

A brownie that contains sweetness and affordable to everyone. There are additional
fillings with different flavors for customers to find their taste preferences. Mini bite also contains
flavorful fillings for those who want to taste our product for the first time, or for solo customer.
