in the images of the exhumation. The identi-
fication of the skull is what now requires the
DNA testing, as if this bone is the most sig-
nificant.

skeletal remains. Why the haste in the cere-
mony when DNA identifications were not
even started?
Even with the skull being DNA-identi-
fied, my family will not accept part of a
skeleton to bury. There are still many bones
in the makeshift grave. I share the pains of
the grieving families and our loved ones,
who died on active services, should not be
treated as such. Could their final resting
place not be in the military camp in either
Ekondo-Titi or Mundemba? Are they not
national heroes going to work in a war zone?

A critical look at the Bamenda Provincial
Episcopal Conference, BAPEC. Part 1

16 to August 23, 2023 in the bishop’s house
in Kumba Diocese, Cameroon, I believe it is
fittingly important for me to canonically
reiterate the purpose of a Provincial
Episcopal Conference in congruence to the
mind of the church with the research ques-
tion: Has the Bamenda Provincial Episcopal
Conference (BAPEC) becomean obsolete
andoutdated conference with some uncanon-
ical activities?
The president of BAPEC has NO
POWER OF GOVERNANCE over the suf-
fragan sees because he is himself a diocesan
bishop who needs to respect the ecclesiasti-
cal jurisdiction of other bishops of the suf-
fragan sees. It is only the pope who has such
powers because by virtue of his office he
possesses supreme, full, immediate, and uni-
versal ordinary power in the
Church, which he is always able
to exercise freely. (Cf. Can. 331).
In addition, by virtue of his
office, the Pope not only possess-
es power over the universal
church but also obtains the pri-
macy of ordinary power over all
particular churches and groups of
them. Moreover, this primacy
strengthens and protects the
proper, ordinary, and immediate
power which bishops possess in
the particular churches entrusted
to their care. (Cf. Can. 333 §1.).
The Bamenda Provincial
Episcopal Conference (BAPEC)
over the years especially after the
death of the Archbishop Paul
Verdzekov who had an
irrefutable and indisputable repu-
tation as a genuine man of God
seems to have lost its purpose
and has now become a money-
minded group where during their
meetings in August, the bishops sit and
deliberate on the stipend that priests study-
ing abroad need to send to their respective
dioceses.
In addition, some former presidents of
BAPEC have intruded into the governance
of other dioceses which is canonically ille-
gal, for only the Pope can do that as we have
cited above. This is not the purpose of a
Provincial Episcopal Conference.
Who began this canonical confusion?
Archbishop Cornelius Esua began the
uncanonical attitude by his constant intrud-
ing into the affairs of other suffragan sees.

us define our terms first:
What is a Provincial
Episcopal Conference?
Concerning ecclesiastical provinces,
canon 431 of the code of canon law states
that “Neighboring particular Churches are to
be grouped into ecclesiastical provinces,
with a certain defined territory. The purpose
of this grouping is to promote, according to
the circumstances of persons and place, a
common pastoral action of various neigh-
boring dioceses, and the more closely to fos-
ter relations between diocesan Bishops.”The
canons two parallel purpose provides rea-
sons for the establishment of provinces; 1) it
will make it easier for neighboring particular
churches to collaborate; 2) it will foster com-
munion among the shepherds of their consti-
tutive particular churches.
The qualification, iuxta personarum et

locorumadiunta, demonstrates the legisla-
tor’s realization that “common pastoral
action” is not an absolute value: the local cir-
cumstances may indicate that within a given
province, the wellbeing of the people of God
as a whole or the people of God within one
or another particular church will be best
served by independent action on the part of
one or several dioceses. The law does not see
the fostering of communion among shep-
herds, and therefore among the flocks, as
subject to any similar qualification.
Canon 431 §1 of the Code of Canon law
mentions that an Ecclesiastical Province
promotes the common pastoral action of dif-
ferent neighboring dioceses according to the
circumstances of persons and places and fos-
ters more suitably the relations of the dioce-
san bishops among themselves, neighboring
particular churches are to be brought togeth-
er into ecclesiastical provinces limited to a
certain territory. (Cf. Can. 431 §1).
This gives them the possibility to speak
with one voice. The canon’s parallel purpose
clause provides reasons for the establish-
ment of ecclesiastical provinces: 1) it will
make it easier for neighboring particular
churches to collaborate, 2) it will foster com-
munion among the shepherds of their consti-
tutive particular churches. The qualification,

What arethe competences of
the archbishop in an
Ecclesiastical Province?
According to canon 431 §1, a metropoli-
tan, who is an archbishop of his diocese pre-
sides over an ecclesiastical province. The
office of metropolitan is joined with an epis-
copal see determined or approved by the
Roman Pontiff. Canon 432 §1 states that
within the norms of law the competent
authority in the province is the metropolitan
and the provincial council. This raises the
question, “who is the metropolitan and what
norms of law govern his activity?"

stable manner by divine or ecclesiastical
ordinance to be executed for a spiritual pur-
pose.” To facilitate achieving the purpose of
provinces (Cf. 431 §1), in each province
church law entrusts in a stable manner cer-
tain functions to the chief shepherd of a
determinate particular church.
Canon 436 §1 states that “In the suffra-
gan dioceses, a metropolitan is competent: 1/
to exercise vigilance so that the faith and
ecclesiastical discipline are
observed carefully and to inform
the Roman Pontiff of abuses, if
there are any; 2/ to conduct a
canonical visitation for a cause
previously approved by the
Apostolic See if a suffragan has
neglected it; 3/ to designate a
diocesan administrator according
to the norm of canons 421, §2,
and 425, §3.”
Paragraph §2 of canon 436
states that: “Where circumstances
demand it, the Apostolic See can
endow a metropolitan with spe-
cial functions and power to be
determined in particular law
while paragraph §3 of canon 436
states that: “The metropolitan has
no other power of governance in
the suffragan dioceses. He can
perform sacred functions, howev-
er, as if he were a bishop in his
own diocese in all churches, but
he is first to inform the diocesan bishop if
the church is the cathedral.” The simplifica-
tion of code 274 of the 1917 code is a taxa-
tive (Cf. c.436 §3) specification of the duties
(and corresponding rights or prerogatives) of
the metropolitan vis a vis the dioceses of his
suffragan. Within his particular church, the
archbishop possesses all of the rights and
duties of a diocesan bishop: these are not in
question in this section of the code.
Canon 392 §1 situates a diocesan bish-
op’s disciplinary role within the context of
his concern for the unity of the universal
Church. His guarding against abuses (C. 392
§ 2) is a particular expression of his concern:
false or inaccurate teaching, irrelevant or
otherwise improper worship, and maladmin-
istration are disruptive of the harmony and
the good order without which the people of
God cannot fulfill their mission and grow in
charity. The metropolitan exercises a similar
but more circumscribed oversight over the
entire province. Unlike the diocesan bishop,
who has “all ordinary, proper, and immedi-
ate powers” necessary for shepherding the
particular church entrusted to his care (cf.
381 §1), the metropolitan has NO
AUTHORITY to intervene on HIS OWN
INITIATIVE in the affairs of the dioceses of
his suffragans. He has instead the right and
duty to inform the Pope (who does have
“ordinary powers over all particular church-
es” (canon 333 §1) of any abuses in the area
of faith or discipline.
Canons 395 and 415 offer two examples
of the metropolitan’s exercise of this kind of
vigilance: According to Canon 395 §4, if a
suffragan absents himself from his diocese
for longer than six months, the metropolitan
is obliged to inform the Holy See of his

absence. Canon 415, in turn, prescribes that
the metropolitan is to take immediate
recourse to the Holy See if one of his suffra-
gans should be prevented by an ecclesiasti-
cal penalty from fulfilling his episcopal
duties.
Canon 396 § 1 specifies the diocesan
bishop’s obligation to visit his diocese at
least once every five years. If a bishop neg-
lects this duty, the metropolitan can fulfill
the obligation, but only with the prior
approval of the Holy See. If a suffragan see
falls vacant, the college of consultors is to
elect a diocesan administrator within 8 days.
If it fails to do so (canon 421 §1), or if the
administrator elected (a) is not a priest, or
(b), is not at least 35, or (c) was previously
elected, nominated, or presented for the
same vacant see (canon 425 §1), the metro-
politan has the right and the duty to appoint
a diocesan administrator.
The phrasing of canon 436 §1-3 indicates
how rarely a metropolitan can involve him-
self in the governance of the particular
churches of his brother bishops.
Potentially, the most important of his
prerogative - the right and duty to appoint a
diocesan administrator - is assumed by the
senior suffragan when the metropolitan see
itself is vacant (cf. 421, §2-3). It is obvious
that the canons do not see the metropolitan
as a kind of “super bishop”. The list of rights
and duties of the metropolitan in canon 436
§1 is intended to be a taxative: with the
exception of the circumstances detailed in
canon 436 §2, common law does not recog-
nize the metropolitan as having any other
governmental powers within the dioceses of
his suffragans. This canon concedes that the
metropolitan does enjoy a liturgical preroga-
tive (not really a power) not shared by non-
metropolitans.
Canon 390 prescribes that a bishop “can
perform pontifical functions in his entire
diocese” but not outside his diocese “with-
out the express, or at least reasonably pre-
sumed, consent of the local ordinary.” The
metropolitan, by contrast, can pontificate
throughout the province without anyone’s
consent. If he intends to preside in the cathe-
dral of one of his suffragans, the canon
obliges him to notify the latter beforehand,
but the suffragan has no legal rights to pre-
vent the celebration. (See, Robert J. Kaslyn,
SJ in New Commentary on the Code of
Canon Law, page 572-575).

Concerned Christians have been terribly
worried over the fact that it was too long that
some projects in the Suffragan Sees in the
Bamenda Ecclesiastical Provinces had to
pass through BAPEC under the leadership of
the president before they were approved.
Now, is this “provincial mindset” in the
Bamenda Ecclesiastical Province a stum-
bling block to innovation or not? Is it a hin-
drance to “decentralisation” of structures in
the suffragan sees?
In part two, we will analyze these two
cases of Buea Diocese and Mamfe
Diocesein order to justify the fact that
BAPEC has been a stumbling block to inno-
vation.

sive traditional council, the royal secretariat,
the cultural department and the royal muse-
um.

ment and originality to the throne of Nkack

class chiefdom and that it was the
prerogative of the Divisional Officer for
Bangem to have consultative talks for the
designation of the chief.
Within the pre – colonial rule the village
head was traditionally called “Nhon
Mbwog”. But the Germans called him “vil-
lage head” while the British colonial admin-
istration instituted the name “Chief”. The
principle of succession in Nkack is based on
heredi- tary which is the tradition of the
entire Nninong clan.
This period saw the creation of the West
Cameroon Gazette, an official record of vil-
lage chiefs in the then West Cameroon. But
the chiefs had no appointment decision as it
is the case today with the Presidential decree
No: 77/245 of 15/07/1977.
However, he revealed that several con-
sultative talks had taken place without a

Marie but wish to vehemently reiterate that
there have been no serious consultative talks
held by the former administration of
Bangem. Obviously, this was deliberately
planned to frustrate the high expectations of
Ndebadiam, the royal family of Nkack
which is the seat of Nkack chiefdom.

1964-1997: Chief, Nzuo Nkwelle of
Mwamekol. He had been the secretary of the
village Council, he used politics to over-
throw the chief. This period saw the creation
of the West Cameroon Gazette, an official

part of this great achievements. The magni-
tude of the success of the Nninong cultural
festival hosted in the Nkack Palace premises
of Ndebadiam on the 14th to the 16th of
November 2022 was the outcome of the
legacy of Chief Belle Wang.
He endeavored to ensure that peace and
order reigns in the village. Unfortunately, the
stalemate in the story of the chieftaincy suc-
cession in Nkack might deter the peaceful
social atmosphere of the village, reason
being that since the beginning of the pre-
consultative talks for the present succession

Eligibility criteria
Thirty percent (30%) of the
FCFA200 guarantee is provided
by the State of Cameroon. It is
solely dedicated to Cameroonian
firms and those majorly owned by
Cameroonians. Also, 30% of the
guarantee targets public sector
enterprises against 70% for pri-
vate companies.

d'Ivoire.
The exact net margin-after depreciation,
amortization, and, above all, financial expenses-
for the period is still not yet disclosed.
According to internal sources, the seizure of
MTN Cameroon's bank accounts by billionaire

violations of road traffic regulations which
led to the death of 9 people in the accident
that occurred on August 9, 2023" at the
Mbé cliff in the Adamaoua region.

The Economic Community of West
African States (ECOWAS) on August 10
ordered the deployment of a "standby force"
to restore constitutional rule in Niger. On
Friday, the ECOWAS commissioner for
political affairs, peace and security, Abdel-
Fatau Musah, said 11 of its 15-member
states had agreed to commit troops to mili-
tary intervention, saying they were "ready
to go."
The soldiers who overthrew Bazoum
last month have quickly entrenched them-
selves in power, rebuffed most dialogue
efforts, and kept Bazoum, his wife and son
under house arrest in the capital.
The 11-member states that agreed to
intervene militarily don't include the bloc's
three other countries under military rule
following coups: Guinea, Mali and Burkina
Faso. The latter two have warned they
would consider any intervention in Niger
an act of war. On Friday, Niger's state tele-
vision said that Mali and Burkina Faso had
dispatched warplanes in a show of solidarity.
'a very fragile country'
Friday's announcement was the latest in a
series of so far empty threats by ECOWAS to
forcefully restore democratic rule in Niger,
conflict analysts say. Immediately after the
coup, the bloc gave the junta seven days to
release and restore Bazoum, a deadline that
came and went with no action.
"The putschists won't be holding their
breath this time over the renewed threat of
military action," said Ulf Laessing, head of
the Sahel program at the Konrad Adenauer
Foundation, a think tank.
The junta leaders are cementing their rule
and appointing loyal commanders to key
units while ECOWAS has no experience
with military action in hostile territory and
would have no local support if it tried to
intervene, he said.
"Niger is a very fragile country that can
easily turn, in case of a military intervention,
into a failed state like Sudan," Laessing said.

US official arrives in Niger
Also on Saturday, the new U.S. ambassa-
dor to Niger, Kathleen FitzGibbon, arrived
in the capital, said Matthew Miller,
spokesman for the State Department. The
U.S. hasn't had an ambassador in the country
for nearly two years.
FitzGibbon will focus on advocating for
a diplomatic solution that preserves constitu-
tional order in Niger and for the immediate
release of Bazoum, his family, and all those
unlawfully detained, Miller said. Her arrival
does not reflect a change in the U.S. policy
position, he said.
ECOWAS envoys to find peaceful solu-
tion to crisis
ECOWAS envoys arrived in Niger on
Saturday afternoon (Aug. 19) in a last-ditch
diplomatic effort to reach a peaceful solution
to the leadership crisis.

egation which was headed by a Nigerian for-
mer military head of state. Abdulsalami

This approach will be crowned with suc-
cess, and I will report on the discussions to
the current President of ECOWAS,' he said.
Nigeria's president Bola Tinubu is serv-
ing as the ECOWAS president.
Abdulsalami Abubakar met separately
with General Abdourahmane Tiani, the junta
leader.
During the talks, Tchiani pushed for the
lifting of economic and travel sanctions
imposed by ECOWAS after the coup, saying
Niger's population was suffering because of
them, but he was unwilling to give much in

Many residents prepare
to fight
On the streets of the capital
Saturday, many residents said they
were preparing to fight back against
an ECOWAS military intervention.
Thousands of people in the capital of
Niamey lined up outside the main stadium to
register as fighters and volunteers to help
with other needs in case the junta requires
support. Some parents brought their children
to sign up.
Some people said they'd been waiting
since 3 a.m., while groups of youths boister-
ously chanted in favor of the junta and
against ECOWAS and the country's former
colonial ruler, France.
"I am here for the recruitment to become
a good soldier. We are all here for that," said
Ismail Hassan, a resident waiting in line to
register. "If God wills, we will all go."
Event organizer Amsarou Bako claimed
the junta was not involved in recruiting vol-
unteers to defend the coup, although it is
aware of the initiative. Hours after the drive
started, the organizers said it would be post-
poned, but didn't explain why.
Millions hungry, hundreds of thousands
displaced
The humanitarian situation in the country
is also on the agenda of the U.N.'s West
state interest in mining projects from
20% (in the 2019 code) to 30%. The
government’s free participation is main-
tained at 10% with the executive
allowed to acquire an additional 20%
interest within two years of the mines
entering commercial production.
In addition, local private players
will be able to acquire a 5% interest in
the mines, giving Mali a total stake of
35%. In a mining sector essentially
dominated by foreign mining compa-
nies (notably Canadian, British, and
Australian), these new provisions are
expected to raise the sectoral contribu-
tion to GDP to 20%, from 9% currently.

Togo halts trade
with Niger
T
ogo halted trade with Niger on August 1,
2023. The decision, taken by the Togolese
Revenue Office (OTR), was formalized in a
press release issued by the tax authorities. It fol-
lowed economic sanctions imposed on Niamey at
the extraordinary summit of ECOWAS Heads of
State and Government in Abuja on July 30, 2023.
"Commercial and transit service transactions to
and from Niger are suspended until further notice,"
stresses the statement signed by Philippe Kokou
Tchodié, Commissioner General of the OTR, made
public late last week.
This decision is likely to deal a blow to trade
flows between the two countries. According to sta-
tistics compiled by the United Nations Organization
(UNO), in 2019, Togo exported over $80 million
worth of goods to Niger, which at that time was
Togo's 4th largest export market.
As a reminder, the ECOWAS sanctions were
imposed following the overthrow of President
Mohamed Bazoum, who had officially taken over
the reins of the country in April 2021. The aim is to
force the putschists to restore the deposed leader's
rights.

Before the coup, nearly 3 million people
were facing severe food insecurity and hun-
dreds of thousands were internally displaced,
according to CARE, an international aid
group. Economic and travel sanctions
imposed by ECOWAS after the coup, cou-
pled with the deteriorating security, will
have dire consequences for the population,
CARE said.
Before the coup, Western countries had
seen Niger as one of the last democratic
nations they could partner with to beat back
a growing jihadi insurgency linked to al-
Qaida and the Islamic State group, and they
poured millions of dollars of military aid and
assistance into shoring up Niger's forces.
Since the coup, former jihadis have told

distracted Nigerien army that is focusing
efforts on the capital.
Last week, at least 17 soldiers were killed
and 20 wounded in an ambush by militants.

civilians were killed in the Tillaberi region
by extremists believed to be members of the
Islamic State group, according to an internal
security report for aid groups seen by the AP
for the resumption of the issuance of new
mining titles. After an audit revealed that

profits generated by its mining sector,
Bamako suspended the issuing of mining
permits in December 2022.
A second law on local content in the min-
ing sector was also passed by Parliament. It
is particularly aimed at getting more nation-
als into management positions and promot-
ing technology and skills transfers in the
mining sector.
Gold is the main product mined in Mali.
In 2022, public revenues generated by the

process and also picked up three invitation

“Adequate transportation arrange-
ments have been concluded to convey min-
isters-designate and their three guests to
the venue of the ceremony at the State
House Conference Centre, Aso Villa,
Abuja.”
He urged Permanent Secretaries to
meet their respective ministers after the
swearing-in ceremony at the Office of the
Secretary to the Government for further
interaction with them.
Meanwhile, security has been beefed
up at the inauguration venue with the
deployment of security operatives, ahead
of the swearing-in.

for the position of the national welfare offi-

Multiple sources confirmed that the
State Executive Committee had earlier on
March 28, 2023 nominated a seasoned
technocrat and party chieftain, Rev. Dan
Imo, which obviously didn’t go down with
the constituents.
Some of the aggrieved state party
members claimed Imo was a neophyte who
has no political clout. They also accused
the Abia SEC of failing to organize a state
Congress and secure the consent of the
zonal executive committee before forward-
ing his name to the NWC.
Although there are claims the Abia
party leadership proposed Deacon Obinna
Atuonwu without consulting state congress
and stakeholders, grassroots party leader
have vowed to oppose it by forwarding the
name of former Speaker of the State House
of Assembly, Martins Azubuike to the

T couple identified as Mr and Mrs Sampson
Owobo in Owerri, the Imo State capital.
Our correspondent gathered that Owobo who
hailed from Edo State was a retired Assistant
Superintendent of Police.
The incident which happened around 8 pm
beside the Chisco Transport company office very
close to the Owerri Area police command office
which also houses the Owerri Urban Police
Divisional headquarters at Egbu Road-Owerri, the
state capital, threw the residents and business own-
ers into confusion.
While the residents immediately ran inside and
locked all entries leading to their apartments, busi-
ness people locked their shops and ran home.
An eyewitness who does not want to mention
said that the fleeing armed robbers who operated
in a vehicle were trying to dispossess the couple
who run a Point of Sale business and their bag con-
taining the unidentified amount of money.
The distraught eyewitness said that when the
three-man gang could not succeed in snatching the
bag of money, they shot the retired ASP a close
range at his forehead, close to his eyes.
His wife was also shot at her left-hand side,
close to her chest at a closed range.
He said, “Three armed men just killed a hus-
band and his wife. This incident happened close to
the Chisco Transport company office which is very
close to Owerri Police Area command headquar-
ters and Owerri Urban Police Divisional headquar-
ters, at the fire Service on Egbu Road-Owerri.
“The armed robbers were carrying pump action
riffles and were trying to carry a bag containing
money. The husband and wife run a POS business
and also sell loaves of bread. When they could not
succeed in carrying the bag of money, they shot
the couple on closed ranges.
“They shot the man on a closed range at his
forehead, closed to his eyes. They shot his wife on
a close range too, at her left-hand side, very close
to her chest. While the man died immediately, his
wife who was bleeding profusely was pronounced
dead at FMC-Owerri.
“The man’s name is Sampson Owobo. He
hailed from Edo State. He is a retired police offi-
cer. He retired with the rank of ASP. He retired
about five years ago or so.
“The armed robbers fled and haven’t been
caught. This is so bad. This crime happened very
close to the Owerri fire service police area com-
mand headquarters and the Owerri Urban Police
Divisional headquarters.”
When contacted, the spokesperson for the
police in the state, Henry Okoye, confirmed the
murder of the couple and disclosed that the police
in the state were on the trail of the fleeing suspects.
“The murder of the couple is highly con-
demnable. The CP frowns at the killing of the cou-
ple and he has immediately ordered an investiga-
tion into their killings with the mandate to appre-
hend the fleeing criminals.” Okoye said.
NEMA (National Emergency Management
Agency) in cushioning the effects of the

“Council has taken bold decisions to
ensure speedy release of grains and other
items to cushion the effects of subsidy
removal on the less privileged in the socie-
ty.”
Zulum added that NEC insisted that the
Federal Government should deploy the
$800 million loan from the World Bank the
way it was initially planned – through con-
ditional cash transfers, using the registers to
be provided by the states.
The Borno governor said aside from
mitigating the immediate effects of subsidy
removal through food reliefs, the Council
took notice of the Federal Government’s
wider plan to deploy the N500 billion
approved by the National Assembly towards
strengthening agriculture, transportation
and industry.

the vacancy at the Fécafoot
presidency is not filled.
A storm is currently shak-
ing the foundations of
Cameroon soccer. With the
ship taking on water every-
where, almost 25 of the 35 pro-
fessional clubs are threatening
to boycott the next season
unless major changes are made
within the Cameroon Football
Federation (Fécafoot).
The source of this contro-
versy lies in the presidency of
Fécafoot, a position that is
called into question on a daily
basis and is proving to be a
major point of contention. For
these clubs, Samuel Eto'o is
definitely no longer the right
man for the job. The concerns
raised by the former
Indomitable Lion's opponents
are amplified by tumultuous
events. Notably: "match-fix-
ing, the suspension of some
twenty referees for manipulat-
ing match results, and the lack
of transparency regarding the
exact amount of sponsorship
money", they list.
Moreover, the situation has
become even more complex
with the recent ruling of the
CAS (Court of Arbitration for
Sport), which annulled all res-
olutions passed by the
Fécafoot General Assembly on
August 27, 2022. This rein-
states GuibaïGatama on the
body's Executive
Committee, as well
as François
Kouedem as head
of the Western
Regional League. It
also cancels the dis-
solution of the
Professional
Football League of
Cameroon (LFPC),
among others.
Clubs want
Eto'o's head
Faced with this situation,
the 25 aforementioned clubs,
meeting in Douala, formulated
a series of conditions, the most
important of which are three in
number. Firstly, they are call-
ing for an extraordinary ses-
sion of the Fécafoot General
Assembly to officially declare
the vacancy in the presidency
of the Federation. For them,
this is a crucial step in bringing
about significant change.
Secondly, they have made a
firm resolution to take
part in the professional
championships of the
2023/2024 season only if
leadership and adminis-
tration are entrusted to the
LFPC, considered a guar-
antor of fairness and
sporting integrity.
Thirdly, they call for the
urgent convening of a
General Assembly of the
LFPC to prepare for the
launch of the professional
leagues for the coming
season.

FC lifting the trophy after a post penalty 5 to 4 win
against Njondi United FC in the male category while in
